When the Tmobile store (and two other UBreak stores) could not help me get my content off of my old busted phone onto new phone. Dominic at uBreakiFix MDR patiently problem solved it and helped save everything from my old phone. And he didn't even charge me! I watched these guys take great care of each of their customers while I was there. They are not my closest store. But I will be driving out of my way to come to the MDR site next time I need UBreakiFix.

Very friendly staff, they check my mobile, and did not needed a battery replacement, guys were cool and save me some money and time, for sure I will be back when I need it!

I can easily give uBreakiFix (Marina) five stars. They provided me with excellent service. I wish I could remember the name of the person who helped me. He honed in on the issue I was having with my Apple Mc Book Pro- (-the never ending spinning pin wheel) and because it was a simple fix, there was no charge. You can't get better service than that.

IPhone was not charging. Store rep was able to identify issue and quickly fixed it. In the past, we have brought our iPhones for cracked touchscreens. This store quickly fixed and for a reasonable price. I will return if I have other issues with our iPhones. Thank you!

Terrible place to go to based on my experience.
Her Samsung S10e is having problems with moisture in the charging port.
Me & my girl called 3 of these already & every single one gave different answers.
First off I was reffered to this place by Samsung to bring in my phone to be fixed, I called one location in Hawthorne, they say they dont have the part in stock for my samsung s10 so they tell me to come down to Marina del Rey where they have the parts. We call this one to bring it in before we get there one person tells us that they do not partner with samsung so we'd have to pay up front, though we were told by the Hawthorne store that they do accept warranty repairs from samsung. We decide to still head down there.
When we get there another associate says the diagnostic machine for samsung isnt working & they couldnt diagnose the problem with the phone that the servers were down. He also says its most likely a motherboard problem & that they do not have the parts, that it can take up to two weeks, then proceeds to increase it to 3 weeks & even to a month after I give them the phone.
Then we call another location same uBreakiFix, they say they cannot diagnose a problem of water in the charging port because thats not a problem the diagnostic machine can detect & apparently its a problem they cannot fix that the phone had to be sent into Samsung themselves.
All the 3 locations provided different answers, all of them went against what another store said. To me it sounds like they dont know what they're talking about or they simply dont want to work on my phone.

These guys are awesome. They’ve fixed my iPhone twice now, and both times have been fast and well done. Highly recommend.

Walked in expecting to replace the charge port on my iphone. Folks quickly took it in the back and cleaned it. No need to repair anything only required a cleaning. Which they took care of in less than 5 mins free of charge. Thank you!

I believe they didn’t understand the issue because the changed the screen and it continued to happen. All because they thought my issue was a hairline fracture causing it.

Oh and the new screen has faded lines and weird faded spots on it that are barely noticeable unless you use the phone regularly. So poor service, quality, and experience.

I had my phone repaired at this shop in Santa Monica. The job was done in a timely manner and I was satisfied with the quality of service that they provided. Their customer service was great and they assured me that there is warranty on the job that they did so that I will have a rest off mind.
In all, I never have to go back as the phone was well repaired.

Took my S8 with broken LCD screen and the staff was friendly and professional. I picked it up in a couple of hours looking and working like a new phone.

I dropped my PS4 there and They made me wait for a 3 days and at the end they told me sorry we couldn't fix your software.so disappointed

That said the employees at this location didn't seem to care. The DTLA location was much, much better.

After setting up an appointment where I explicitly said I need a note 8 screen replacement, I drove 30 mins for them to tell me they don't have it in stock.

Had my device in recently, note 8 was told after repair it would retain it's factory ip water resistant ratting and it did not, it got wet like it has in the past and water got in the device and now it is useless, they also broke the back cover during the process but did replace it at their expense. The device is rated to be in water up to 13ft for up to 40min and remain fully functional according to Samsung. I spent close to 300 on this repair and couldn't even receive a refund. I've had the device back less than a day

I would not recommend. The screen on my iphone was cracked, and after 2 times replacement, uBreakiFix says it's a software issue that makes the touch screen useless. It freezes so touch cannot be used.it wasn't that way with the broken screen, so unless they reprogrammed it, the replacement screen is the issue. I heard Apple is notorious for making these things a problem if you don't use genuine Apple parts and service. I'm taking it to iPhone store now and shame on me.paying a 3rd time.
