Appreciated being able to get my screen replaced and fixed for a reasonable rate. It works great! And I didn’t have to practically buy a new phone just to fix the the front glass screen!

I felt the staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and most of all forth coming about products, time frames, and overall services that they were capable of providing. Had my screen replaced and it was completed in a timely fashion and my phone feels brand new.

It is my second visit here about 30 minutes ago and such an amazing place for laptop repair. The tech guy gave me so much valuable information including estimated cost for each part and how difficult/easy it is for him to fix the laptop issues I have. He was really helpful and honest on every single thing he said to me. Thank you so much all!

Do not go here for Play Stations! I was told they would take my PS5 apart, clean it and diagnose it. They had my PS5 for 5 days and the Technician threatend not to fix my system and still charge me if I called again. I called twice over a 5 day span and got threatend! Besides the horrible communication they did not repair my PS5 or even do what they said. They simply played TMNT and Ratchet and Clank and said my system was fine. When I got home Disk Drive still didn't work and crashed while playing a video game 30 minutes in. These people are con artists and just got me for a quick 45 dollar's. Don't go here!

These people are awesome. A while ago I came in to get my phone fixed, it wasn’t charging thought I was going to have to get a new phone but they cleaned it and it started working again, then the other day I thought my phone was having issues because it wouldn’t connect to my car ubs and the guy helped me get it all set up, was super friendly and didn’t charge me. Really appreciate them going out and helping me. Great service. Thank you

Great place to get your tablet fixed very nice people they replaced the charging jack on my tablet in a very reasonable time. And a good price too. Thankyou ubreakifix for a professional job. I'll be back.

Update: I called the store about another Repair. Store associate was Rude and could care less about my business. I needed a 400$ service done on my phone too.

AT&T forces you to come here for any warranty Repair. Samsung Does the same thing. I can get it free of charge and they are Samsung Approved. This Store could care less that. They were apparantly out of the screen I needed. They won't look up or call any of their Other Stores to see if they have it. So they send you on a quest to call every store yourself. Every store answers with oh sorry, I had it and now it's gone. The Store says they cannot order another part from the manufacturer. No help at all. The Store Associates have Bad attitudes. All 3 that I called acted like im interupting their time on Facebook. I have No idea Why At&t, Samsung, and Apple would make you come here. Really bad customer service. My guess is the Store is saving those Screens for paying Customers. They could care less about Warranty Repairs. The Store wants to Price Gouge someone that drops and cracks their phone screen and has no Insurance.

The screen Is worn out. It's acually a Known Issue. I can't Imagine how many other Fold 3 users have to mail their phone off for a Month. Which is what I now have to do.

I had a great experience. Customer service was friendly and helpful. The technician knew immediately what the problem was and how to fix it. In less than two hours my phone was ready for pick up and working perfectly.

Got my sisters iphone fixed no problems. It was done in probably 10 or 15 minutes. Super easy. And really nice people. I highly recommend this place.

Went in there frustrated and having a lot of anxiety thinking I was going to have to buy a new phone and spend a bunch of money. Yvonne was able to help me right away and fix my problem with ease. It was my first time there and I will definitely be back if I ever have any more issues. My dad recommended them to me because he has always had a positive experience whenever he has had to use them! Great place. Went in with a Samsung watch for some help. They offer a few suggestions and tried to charge the watch. They were unable to help and would not let us pay them for their time. I'm not that person that wants something done for free but, these people were very kind. Don't hesitate to use this local business!

Awesome! Justin was the BEST! Came out to my house on time & waited for me to come home from my errand that ran late! He repaired my broken screen in less than 20 minutes! Couldn't have asked for better service!

Fixed my Pixel 6 Pro's screen. It was pricey, but it was fixed in 30 mins (I was quoted 1.5 hrs). The gentleman helping me was friendly, helpful, and straight to the point. They have fixed some of our older phones and did a great job. Will be back for future repairs, hopefully not anytime soon!
