I had a phone that didn't charge and other stores told me I needed to get a new charging port without even really looking at it. But at this store, Frank helped me out and they opened up the phone, cleaned up the insides a bit, put it back together and it was charging again and I was able to get my phone up and working the same day. Amazing service and Frank is great!

Fred was amazing. He was very professional and courteous and friendly and got my repair done very quickly because I was leaving the country. I highly recommend this business.

Went here for data recovery. I dropped my phone when I was washing the dishes, went to Apple and said that the data couldn’t be recovered and would have to have the phone replaced. I really wanted to recover some photos & sadly didn’t have the phone backed up or enough space on iCloud. I called a couple shops for estimates on data recovery and this was the shop I chose. I am so glad I went here, as they were able to successfully recover my photos. I spoke to frank and was also helped by someone else that worked at the shop. Thank you guys, I really appreciate the help!

These are honest professionals who are THE authorized Samsung repair store in the county. I found uBreakiFix through Samsung's official website. My phone was repeatedly rebooting without stopping, also known as a boot loop. Freddy instantly knew all about the problem and took my phone in to fix it while I ate in Little Italy. When I came back he informed me that the problem was fixed by a less invasive solution he tested and did not even charge me for what would've been a $142 repair! I was so impressed, as months ago a different phone repair place that was just a kiosk at UTC mall charged me $60 and all they did was clean out my charging port. I ended up also getting a backup phone for my SIM card at Best Buy after in case my phone breaks again and the clerk there told me that they send all their customers to uBreakiFix because they are the authorized Samsung repair shop in the county! (PS to the store staff if they're reading this: at first I thought the problem was persisting after the repair but it now went away for hours! But now I know where to go if something happens!)

What can I say. JUST PERFECT service! I was on my visit with my parents. Both had broken batteries in their Pixel 2 and Pixel 4a phones. The extremely friendly and competent uBreakiFix guy first did a quick check if the battery was on stock and once it was, he repaired both phones in one hour! Even the "blown up" Pixel 4a looked after it as new. The Pixel 2 was not even turning on before and after also as new. Fantastic job! Reasonable prices also. Can just fully recommend. A+

Apple store tried to rip me off with some unscrupulous tactics that I found particularly distasteful. Came here and they saved me 400 bucks from the abusive apple store. They fixed quick and were pleasant

I accidentally dropped my phone in the tub and I had tried to get help at my cellular providers shop, and they couldn’t even help me cause I wasn’t an authorized person on the account. I decided to stop off here to see what they could do. They dried out my phone, did some tests and got me on my way in like 3 hours. I was able to go run errands and not miss a step in my day. I will tell people and will be using this shop in the future for sure! Thank you Freddy for all your help today! You turned a bad situation into a pretty good day!

Do not go to this place to get your phone fixed, save yourself time and money. You could go somewhere else where you can get your money's worth. The people working at this location are very dishonest, I don't like posting things like this, but I wouldn't want someone else to keep going back to get their phone fixed, and then have them say "well you probably hit your phone with something" or "you probably sat on it. "

Highly incompetent workers at this location. I went in for a broken screen and had it fixed. When I arrived home I noticed that the front camera wasn't working. I noticed a film on the camera. I called the next morning and the first words out of the store managers mouth was "Well that has nothing to do with the screen" After looking up the phone, they realized that I had to go back so they could properly back on. I arrived home again and noticed an issue with the screen. Since it was fourth of July I waited to call the next day. When I called and arrived at the location they said it was impact damage. They said this could have happened from "sitting" on my phone or it being hit by something on my purse. Said if I wanted it fixed. I would need to spend a another 300 dollars to get a new screen. I have been to this location 3 times I'm a single week for a screen replacement. I am not going to spend 300 dollars to get one single screen working correctly. Save your money. Go somewhere else The workers here and the store managers only want your money.

Only to find they charge you for leg warranty repairs, so they get paid twice on top of that the helper in the store is so rude, I was amazed how he treated me.
