Horrible place. You make an appointment nobody reaches out to you confirming they have parts. I called to try and mitigate the problem. But I can't get through to the store or the call center. So I show up and guess what? They don't have the parts. Pretty Disappointing

Went to have my AT&T Samsung cellphone checked prior to the warranty expiring through Asurion. I made an appointment and had the phone checked - completed in > 20 minutes with no problems. Nice attendant/representative who assisted.

They were excellent to work with. Fast, easy, and professional. There display of knowledge was refreshing. I recommend them to anyone needing laptop or phone repair.

They always informed & give update about my device whether the parts are being ordered from the time when it's done & ready for pick up. Thank you so much for the peace of mind.

I had insurance on my phone so I can't say anything on price but even so the quality and the service and I believe that do more then just phones

Ubreakifix employee at Fresno, Ca store told me he couldn't get the part needed to fix my phone but if he could it would cost more than my phone. He suggested I buy a new phone instead. So I went to ubreakifix in Clovis, Ca for the same repair. An employee there ordered the part for my phone and it was fixed there in a few days after the part arrived. The repair was $75 which is less than a new phone. The Fresno employee could have done more to help me, good thing the Clovis employee was better or I would have gone to another repair company. My phone is working fine now.

During the middle of harvest to have a phone go down is rather stressful to say the least. Called up You break I fix the manager Mr Wyatt said come on down we'll get you taken care of. I dropped the device off within an hour or two they had the screen repaired and I was back in business, ready to roll. Courteous, understanding, easy to work with and got the job done. A phone back in service in a timely matter, can't ask for much more what a great experience all around keep up the good work.

Both times I stopped in they were in the back and when they came to the front they acted like they didnt have time and didnt care. Not to learn personal assistance skills. I gave them two chanches. There will be no third.

Was able to fix my cracked and broken phone screen but the replacement battery that was installed seems to die much faster then the OEM battery

Good service, but misquoted time frame to be ready by one hour. Did not provide any updates regarding the delay.

Quick return. Didn't need back same day, but I could see where that may be an issue as they have a lot of business.
