There was something wrong with my 3a USB port. It couldn't connect with any wires. The guy fixed my phone in a matter of a couple of minutes. And now it works. Highly recommend this place.

They wasted my time twice, gave the part reserved for me to someone else and when asked why or what they would do the guy said "I have no words" not let me fix it or here's how I can make it right. I was very disappointed by the lack of service.

Seems like they can fix more than other places but it is very expensive

Beware most times it can be better to buy the same phone on OfferUp instead of spending on repairs.

Great service, effective, quick and excellent job overall. Dropped off my pixel 4 and was ready next day due to how busy it was and my pixel 3 was done in about 3 hours

Andrew was pleasant, patient and clear about the cost of the repair. Repair estimate was at no cost. Currently, this review is based on customer service as the repair is not yet completed.

Many uBreakiFix isn't Samsung certified but this store is and can repair Samsung Tablet, confirmed by store staff.

The staff was pleasant enough but after charging me $370 to replace a cracked screen on my Samsung tablet, the screen developed a hairline crack less than 12 hours after I picked it up. I didn't do anything out of the ordinary with it, so it was either a screen with a defect or a bad install.
When I went back to see if there was a warranty on repairs, I was told they could order me a new screen for $200 and it would take 6 weeks.

I don't think so. I can't really recommend this place.

I went to Mac-fusion with an appointment to get my screen repaired. When I walked in they told a didn’t need an appointment and they were rude, arrogant, and hard to deal with. UBREAKIFIX is right across the street. Same day fix no appointment needed and the wmployees are down to earth and accommodating. Screen looks great and it’s a way better experience than the self important apple support staff.

Workers were nice but my screen worked better when it was cracked. The touch sensitivity is off. I cannot do anything when using the screen. Had to get a replacement phone.

They provided a quick and cost-effective way for me to replace the screen on my phone. The employees were helpful easy to deal with and problems with their service fix my new iPhone or around 80 bucks and it's good to go

Upon arrival I was greeted promptly and received very friendly service. The manager Blake helped give me paperwork I needed and repaired my Samsung Galaxy S8 plus within the time that they told me! I would definitely rely on them to fix my phone again!

Never going back, took phone in to get screen replaced, day later battery stops working, 79 more dollars.

I arranged a screen repair via Asurion. Upon my arrival I was greeted by friendly staff the promptly checked in my phone. They quoted me a 2hr repair time and had it completed in less than 60 min. Highly recommend for screen repairs service.

It was a bit of a wait but the service was amazing and they did a amazing job it looked like new definitely going again 1000%

I was doing some shopping around comparing prices since I was gonna be taken into devices and by far these guys were to me the most reliable the most friendliest and the most knowledgeable about the products that they’re repairing. Other shops so I called we were just trying to get the conversation done and over with didn’t give me that much info and the prices were too high.
When I called to get some quotes staff answered all my questions, they had a vast knowledge of what they were doing they even gave me bottle water while I was waiting in the lobby:) thank you by the way.first impressions when I walked into the store was just wow breathtaking never been inside a store that’s was well-kept and just so clean besides my own store lol
I brought in my galaxy s8 plus I was pleased to hear that they have the parts in stock completely original from Samsung and they were able to complete the repair within a few hours same with my iPhone 7 Plus my personal phone
. The check in process was flawless and the repair times that they gave me were spot on quality of the work was executed beautifully you can really tell that these guys know what they’re doing.
This time around I did buy tempered glass for both devices and too heavy duty covers to avoid any damages but of course if anything does happen again I will be back to you guys that is guaranteed thank you for the awesome service and the great quality of repair that you gave me and allowing me to continue my day-to-day business without having to slice my fingers on a broken jagged screen

My PS4 wasn't working and I wasn't sure what was wrong with it so I brought it in and fixed it the same day. Now my PS4 is running like new.

As a german tourist with a crashed tablet display i found this place online. They understood my situation and replaced the display in a few days. 2 Months later back im germany everything is still working perfectly and the price was less the german apple store was asking for.

I dropped off my galaxy s8 at 3: 30 and was told to pick it up at 5: 30. I came back at 5: 30 still wasn't done. The owner didn't finish my phone until 7: 02, and he scratched the back of my phone up and said it was dirt, then said it was scratches and said I could get it fixed for $34 when I just sent $253 getting it fixed. Dishonest and not trustworthy I won't ever send money here again.

Went in and had my PS4 looked at because it was giving me an error message and not playing a game. They looked at it ended up being a corrupt file. They told me how to fix it myself ands didn't charge me for looking at it. Will definitely go back
