They were able to fix my phone when I went to five other places and they fixed it within two and a half hours and it did a wonderful job you should all go there and very friendly and very helpful you do need to call ahead for an appointment due to the virus, and very reasonable

They were the best, I came in with an iPhone 8 that had a shattered screen and Carlos hooked me up. Not only did he replace my screen and give me a discount, he also got me a new screen protector for free! If I ever have any more phone problems this is by far the place I’m going to hands down

Carlos helped me with what seemed a large problem for me but assured me it could be fixed and did so in a professional and courteous manner. Highly recommend

I had them fix my broken screen and paid for the premium screen, came unglued 5 months later, I took it in and was told it was out of warranty which it was, they tried to tell me the screen coming unglued is Normal with heat, the original screen on this phone from factory never came unglued, they wanted me to pay for another screen I said no thanks. I recommend Paying the extra money and getting your screen fixed from apple in my case

Needs more organization and accountability for drop offs and service. I hope management can tighten up. They did fix the issue but it was frustrating.

I had to take my cell in to the tech emergency room.because I accidentally smashed it in my hatchback. It seemed unrepairable.that is until Carlos (the man) got to work on it! He was such a professional and my phone came back new! This shop is AMAZING!

They fixed my phone in 2 hours. That part happened to be defective and they replaced the next day. 2 hours. They even put in a new battery and changed both front and back glass. All under warranty.

When getting your phone repaired It’s important to note that quality beats quantity! I had shattered my phone about a year ago and had taken it to FXitright on Saviers because I was just looking for the cheapest phone repair but jeez did that bite me in the butt! Although I paid less, it was NOT WORTH IT! The lady did not put my screen on right and tampered with the insides which caused my battery to detach and on top of that i was given a burnt screen. I had to go back again so that she could fix the battery problem which was HER FAULT because it had never happened to me before.and I got charged extra! Overall I just had a very bad experience and knew it was time for a change if I ever cracked my screen again. Sadly, recently I shattered my screen at prom so I searched online and found this store. It may seem a bit pricy but it’s totally worth it because they actually care for your phone and fix it right! They noticed many screws were missing in my phone which was due to the previous lady who “fixed” my phone and charged me nothing to replace them. They’re extremely nice, helpful and trustworthy! Thank you so much for fixing my phone your hard work and loyalty is appreciated!

Took a severely cracked Galaxy S7 edge screen to be fixed on a Saturday. Got frustrated trying to back up phone prior to repair so went in anyway to see if it was necessary. Carlos was awesome and reassured me there was no risk, all my data would be fine and that they take data very seriously. Hour and a half later my phone is back as good as new.

I was down in Oxnard for work and unfortunately broke my phone. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. They even gave me the “Canadian Discount” haha. Quick and easy!

I waited a while to write this review just because I am very nice, but I am going to be honest. Do NOT go to these people if you do not like to roll dice. I went there to get a small crack fixed, and when I got it back, the paint on parts of my phone was chipped away, the frame was severely scratched, some of the internals are still exposed, and it is not completely glued shut with adhesive. There is an opening in the back that i can easily move around because of the absence of adhesive. Top top it all off, there is some residue on the inside of both the lens of the front and back facing cameras (from the inside of course), so my pictures are not as clear as they used to be. When I went to pick up my phone I noticed that the gentleman had some food on his hands while he handed the phone over to me. When I went in, the person (who was very kind) seemed to be more of a novice than an expert. No offense, for he was a kind gentleman; but I paid over $200 for my phone to be worse off. I took a gable and I lost, and I waited months to write a review, so I can only blame myself; however, I do feel like I need to write this review to warn others before they decide to go in and have these guys fix their phones.

I decided to open my MacBook Pro and the battery was bulging and I knew it was too dangerous to use any longer. I took it into uBreakiFix the next day and they took the battery out for me so I could use it with only the power cable and ordered a new one that came within a couple days. It was a very quick replacement and I am very happy with the service I was provided. The staff is amazing and really nice guys. Thanks again, Carlos!
