6They never answer the phones to schedule an appointment or cancel an appointment. And then when you miss the appointment they call and ask why you didn't call to reschedule/cancel. You can't cancel or reschedule on the online portal either.
Dr. Jay Yeh is a wonderful doctor, that draws conclusions based on conclusive data and makes sure that the patient fully understands what the consequences could be from certain actions.
Appointment was supposedly forgotten by the doctors. My son almost fracking died. We ended up going to Sutter hospital and they took him in right away. He's alive now, thanks to Sutter. The only good thing about UC Davis is the e-waste.

Drove my wife down here 3 hours from home and they had no idea about my wife's condition or anything. Then they ordered labs for her and the lab had no idea for a bit what tests were needed.
