It's a decent spot. Lots of places to eat nearby, cool neighbors, and clean but that being said theirs coachroaches every where, they're strict on parking which makes it next to impossible to have a guest stay over last minute, parties are non stop, hot tub is warm, elevator sounds like its gonna fall, overall. It's expensive but an okay place to be.

I like it here but I agree with the comment above. The hot tub is more of a warm tub. I've been in there with other tenants and they've all agreed. Please raise it about 2 degrees. Thank you.

This place is absolutely terrible. The apartment is infested with roaches. The kitchen is extremely small & the dishwasher is tiny. The laundry room isn’t 24hrs. It wouldn’t be as bad if rent weren’t sky high. For the cost of this place it’s not worth it.

Expensive but safe. They need to chill with parking. A lost pass Is $100+ a bit ridiculous. Also the hot is slightly above warm. My room mates and me barely go and it was a huge reason why we moved here. Thinking of leaving in the next couple months. Not bad. Just could be better for the price.

The only complaint I’d have is that we weren’t told to my recollection anything about all the roommates needing to be present at check in for us to get the keys, so one of our roommates had to wait awhile for us before they could get into the apartment. Otherwise the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful, especially the site manager who was informative, friendly, and made us feel excited about our move-in. There was plenty of parking available, and even though the elevator in our building section was temporarily out of service, the nearby one was fine and we were told that the maintenance crew would have that taken care of promptly, so they’re very on top of everything. If any perspective move-ins are reading this, I recommend bringing a fan or two since the AC doesn’t really reach the bedrooms and it’ll be hot depending on the time of year plus the effort of moving furniture.

Currently still living here. I keep my apartment clean and I have roach traps around my apartment and roaches still appear into my apartment. Laundry machines are always broken, also the laundry house is always a mess, the residents here drive reckless in the parking lot, there’s always dog feces around the apartment complex, the only good thing about these apartments is the freeway is not to far and parking isn’t a nightmare.

My sink in the kitchen was clogged at 10PM. I called maintenance and the came 5 minutes after. Great service!

Just moved in to the apartment complex. It has a beautiful pool and nice grill next to it. The hot tub is nice and relaxing plus a cool ping pong table, pool table, fitness center, and laundry mat. The dog park is very convenient and easy to use.

Do yourself a favor and don’t live here. If I could give this place no stars I would. For starters the apartments you live in no matter how clean you are will have roaches and other bugs in them the majority of the year, your apartment bedroom does not come with a ceiling fan so unless you buy something tall enough you mine as well be living in a sauna. Another thing is if you have any issues that need addressed you can forget about the office staff wanting to help at all. I’ve had numerous occasions of unprofessional and rude behavior from them, and to continue my car and girlfriends car were both parked and hit in the parking lot in a span of only a month and nothing was done about it even after filing police reports and giving potential suspects. If you plan on doing laundry you can look to spend more than you normally would cost and time wise being the machines never work so your clothes are always soaked coming out the washers and out of the dryers and each load is $2 so usually spend close to $10 everytime you wanna do laundry. Lastly if I were you find somewhere else me and my girlfriend have and will be moving within the next month or so.

This place should be condemned. Don’t ignore the awful reviews of this place there true. Day one we couldn’t even sleep in our apartment because there were so many roaches, we counted and killed 36 in 1 hour. The on site washers and dryers are never cleaned or worked on so our clothes have came back smelling like dogs with pet hair when we don’t have pets or covered in bleach stains from the last person. Also the washers/dryers are so old they never really wash your clothes or fully dry your clothes. To sum it up really old facilities, lack of maintenance, horrible pest problems, mean staff. Good luck if you do end up living here, get a can of cockroach spray and wipe down everything before you go to bed no joke they go into your bedroom too.

We went to their leasing office for a possible rental. The woman in the office was disinterested, and dismissive in answering our questions simply because that didn’t have any apartments for rental. It seems like that when they are desperate for tenants they are nice and professional, however when there is no vacancy the professionalism is out of the door.

I have been living with a roommate and changed into 2 apartments, both filled with roaches. I was also told that students are generally given the apartments which are less taken care of. This mean that we were paying whopping 1800 per month for a 1 BHK which was filled with roaches gushing from kitchen sink. The dumpsters were always full and foul smelling. Also, important thing to note is that the office staff was extremely rude at times. They would allow the 'PRIVILEGED CITIZENS' to party, drink and have a blast around common areas such as pools and jacuzzi but if it was 'OUTSIDERS/ non-citizens / international students' enjoying a quite little gathering they would act out.

So far moving into my new apartment has been a great experience. The Landlord was very friendly and gave me the information necessary to make this transaction as smooth as possible. My new apartment is very nice

Working with this team at this property has been an amazing experience. As a college student myself, I would love to live in a complex like this. Even though there were some downsides, like the increase of trash in and around the garbage bins during the summer season, due to the move-out and move-ins, Balta and the rest of the maintenance team always responded fast to the issue and keep the cleanliness of the property until trash pick ups.

I never leave reviews but people deserved to be warned about this place. I turned 18 last year and this was my first apartment, and I have been nothing but disappointed in the whole experience. From day 1 I have had problems with bugs (roaches and water bugs). I proceeded to spend the whole year nagging the maintenance office to fix the problem. When I asked for them to inspect for holes they found gaping holes behind the stove, under the sink, the bathroom, and in the corners. Then it took them forever to seal only some of those holes and even now one month away from my one year lease being up there are still holes not filled. This place is disgustingly overpriced to be bunking with roaches. I rarely even stay here anymore because of the infestation, I’m now just waiting out my lease. Please young people don’t move here and waste your money. This place is infested and they won’t do a damn thing about it.

Cockroaches, ants, and maggots. To preface this: we kept the apartment clean. Our apartment was close to the dumpster which was almost always overflowing. The amount of maggots was absolutely disgusting. All over the ground by the dumpsters and even in the apartment. The roaches were worse. There are dead roaches on the carpet in the outdoor hallways. We found them (dead and alive) in our kitchen cabinets and drawers, in the bathroom and in the bedroom. Pest control can come once a week on Thursday and you just have to put your name down. Unfortunately we were not able to use the service because covid meant we were at home all day at school and work and wouldn’t be able to leave for three hours while the chemicals dried. But they’re everywhere not just inside. Pest control told us the chemicals only work on the small breed of cockroaches. There were also BIG ones that they said were resistant to the chemicals and were coming up through the water pipes. There was once one by that crawled up on my bedside table which was 3 inches long. Disgusting. I had to throw away all my stuff on that table. We slept on the couch that night. We sprayed raid every week and it still didn’t help. There were even roaches in the dishwasher. They came up through the pipes and when we opened the door after running it they would come out. We ended up moving all our cookware and dishes to our dining room table because of roaches in the kitchen. Also ants all over the windowsills and they got into the bed and on the couch. Twice I woke up to find I had been bitten in my sleep and ended up with infections that required antibiotics. Recently we were told pest sniffing dogs were coming to every apartment (which means there must have been complaints of bedbugs). They tried to pass it off as a “yearly inspection” but my boyfriend lived here last year too and his old roommate lived there the year before and they never had bug sniffing dogs come in. There were also dozens of tiny spiders that came up through the drain in the bath every day no matter how much I sprayed the bathroom.

We also had a massive plumbing issue where the toilet in the apartment upstairs was flooding and it led to black sewage water leaking from our sink and all over our floor. An emergency plumber was called at 11: 30pm and they had to literally take the cabinets apart and drill into the concrete for half an hour. The complex always smells like weed, and honestly the hallways feel so claustrophobic and dark. The only positives are that it’s walking distance from CSUF and that the head of maintenance is absolutely lovely and very helpful. Do not do it. Find somewhere else. See attached pics

I love this community, and living here so far has been super peaceful. I've lived in the two bedroom and recently changed to the one bedroom, and I have to say the space is laid out really nicely. The kitchen is definitely my favorite space, with tons of storage, and the appliances are well-maintained. Plus, the maintenance team is so responsive to my requests and always clean up after they finish the job. They're also really informative and are happy to explain the issue/what they're doing to fix it. They always arrive with a friendly smile, and respect your home the entire time. I've had the best sleep here since I've started living here, on top of which I feel really secure in the parking lot and hallways because of how well lit everything is. Glad to continue living here
