Dr. Alem and staff are wonderful!

However...
I’m so frustrated with the wait time every single time I come here. Other offices can schedule appropriately so that wait times are minimized. I understand the intricacies involved but surely they can do better. They tell you to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time and then make you wait an hour or more. It’s ridiculous. Then when they finally see me, they’re so behind that I feel like they’re rushing to get me out the door. That’s when mistakes happen! I’m sure by the time they take my blood pressure it’s through the roof from waiting. Also, when they put me in a room and leave me there forever without checking in, the lights keep going off if I don’t stand up and wave my arms. It’s so hard and traumatic to change doctors, but I’m beginning to think that changing is better for my overall health and wellbeing.

This clinic is excellent from top to bottom. To a person, each employee is exceptional at what they do. They deliver care with kindness and compassion.

Dr Alem is exceptional. He was the 3 rd pain management doctor I’ve gone to see and certainly the best by a huge measure.
I’ve been in his care for several years. Always amazed by the quality of care I receive.
If you have had poor past results with other pain management, give them a try. I think you will be glad you did.

Horrible experience. Claim to be a pain management facility yet do not even have drugs onsite to deal with procedures (blood patch) that require medication.
When I countered the Doctor, after leaving mid- procedure due to extreme pain and anxiety left unchecked, he explained the facility doesn’t keep medication on hand.
What is this? ! I never would have signed on if I knew they could NOT facilitate a patients Needs during a procedure.
Please re- think this facility…
