Dr. Hess was good and caring. He provided excellent service. I do recommend it to my friends and family.

Avoid, if possible. Very disappointing experience. Came for annual lab work. The lab didn't do the entire order (their mistake) so I had to go back and have blood drawn again. They charged me 2x for a copay, even though it was their mistake.
Secondly, some of my values were low, and nobody bothered to follow up. What am I paying you for?
This institution is part of problem.
