Worst experience ever.if I have any medical needs, you can guarantee I'll be dead before I ever see a physician.scheduled appointments get continually delayedand nobody knows what's going on. Dr. Doomun is perpetually sick.might as well cure himself before ever being listed as available for helping others

Worst experience ever!

They charged over $500+ for new patient establishing the profile without any reminder before the visit. And they billed the annual physical, which is supposed to be FREE under any insurance, with the billing code that requires payment from the patient. Contacted insurance and was informed that they did a lab to test the vitamin d level with a billing code that is not under the preventative category but apparently there is a code under the preventative category and that’s what I came for. I was charged for over $700+ for a annual physical visit and after 2 years later of that visit, they sent a ridiculous text reminding me there is new payment due for me to take care of. Avoid this place!

Unorganized. Front desk incompetent. They just get frustrated- nobody knows what they are doing. Wish I can give 0 for a review. Front desk kept sighing because she couldn’t figure how to do the insurance and the girl next to her wouldn’t help (although she wasn’t doing anything) and I was 40 min late to my appointment due to that. Not recommending this place

Hope to give this place a zero star if allowed. I'm having the same issue that another review outlined. This place does nothing but steals money out of your pocket, especially when you are a new patient. Our family moved to CA half year ago, so we needed to find a new primary care provider. So, I called this facility to schedule an annual generic checkup since I was super healthy without any medical condition. As usual I thought this was just an annual preventative care as I always took before and it's always been covered by my insurance every year. Everything was alright until I received the medical service bill. It charged me $700 for such visit. After arguing with at least 5 persons at their billing department and primary care facility, I finally figured out that as a new patient, the type of service they offered to me is so called "established care" and your insurance will never cover any expense of such service. Before that, I was ever told by their staff that my visit is considered as "diagnostic care", "new patient visit" or "office visit" cause I consulted something to the doctor and finally it becomes "established care". They told me that for an established care the doctor needs to input all your information in the system, including allergy, medical condition, asking any concern you may have with your health conditions. That's why it is different from preventative care which does not even make a little sense to me. Don't your doctors do the same thing during preventative care? ! What's the difference? ! Not to mention they charge $300 more compared to normal visit just for recording your personal information in the system. Keep in mind that during your visit you are not supposed to ask any question. If you ask any question that is non-preventative care related, your type of service will be determined as diagnostic care or whatever care they make up in order to steal the money from you.
Now the billing department is trying to pass my case to their code team to see if there is something wrong with the code of the service. But I doubt it would work since they purposedly dig this trap for the new patient to jump in. It's more like a stalling tactic to me but time will tell. I will revise this review if my case is properly fixed.

My wife and I have had several visits at the Yorba Linda facility and we have had no problems. Great service and great service

My son finally felt heard after being brushed off w pain after being hurt and new dx of rare disease. He was running out of oral options for pain control so hoping this procedure works!

Competent and caring staff and doctors. I take my father here for a few specialists and am very appreciative of their work and commitment.

Trying to become a new patient here but scheduling has been a huge headache. Their online portal won't let me schedule any appointments, and even after 2 phone calls to their office, I still don't have an appointment. Frustrating and disappointing!

Dr. Velasco is new, I was scheduled to see her today, not only did she deny me the appointment, she wanted to see me and she is so busy she denied me the appointment because she is so busy. This is ridiculous, so very disappointing
