UCLA Health Thousand Oaks Laboratory reviews
3 One day I was there at the opening, for 8 am but didn't open until 30 mn late to day the cream of the cream 1hour 10 mn late so many people complain very sad since you don't expect this from UCLA
But I never had this situation at the Westlake lab
Nice location and facility but staff does not have any personality and the labs are RIDICULOUS! I had 7 people in line in front of me on June 21,2023 I waited 20 minutes and not a single person got called in, I left because I am not going to wait 2+ hours to get blood drawn.
Update: it is June 22,2023 I got here at 8: 05 AM (they open at 8: 00 AM) there are 5 people in line in front of me already for labs and i asked the front desk how many people are working in the lab department and ONLY 1 STAFF MEMBER IS.it is now 8: 20 AM and no one has gotten called back yet.don't waste your time getting labs done here UNLESS YOU HAVE TO!
The wait was more than 45 minutes just to be called in. One of the receptionists rudely informed me “there is only one technician” - not even an apology! Do not offer services that you cannot provide efficiently! Last time I seek services at this lab! Rude, unpleasant receptionist with no sense of customer services.
