UCLA Nimoy Theater reviews
5I have been to concerts of Meklit Hadero and Nella in this theather. It is very clean with a great atmosphere. The prices are affordable. You can have drinks from the bar/cafeteria in the lobby area. Enjoy being here!
Charming theatre, even serving gratis tea & coffees with simple, delish, & healthy donut-like confection. Full-wall murals inside this antique theatre beautifully reflect UCLA's Westwood area.
Fantastic top-of-the line programming the night I was there: classical guitar with outstanding gorgeous-voiced tenor.crooning poignant Middle-Eastern melodies (somewhat healing us from that region's strife). Acoustics good overall; perhaps the guitar could have been amplified just a bit.
Friendly atmosphere. Formerly the old "Crest" movie theatre located on Westwood Blvd. I've yet to see it more during the day, and attend its upcoming evening concerts! Recommend!
I love the cozy intimate atmosphere, I appreciate the attentive professional crew and the ample street parking close by.
The show was amazing and meaningful.
Ruthie Foster & band blew me away! Great venue for her.great venue period!
Parking is easy. I'm glad it's located outside of Westwood Village.
Looking forward to attending more concerts in this space!
Grand opening was amazing. The acoustics sound great to me. Seats are good and you can see the stage from all seats very well now that the changed the seating arrangement from the old theatre. I look forward to my first concert there soon. The 1st season there has a nice variety and should do well.
Best of luck and live long & prosper Nimoy Theatre
