Great technicians and healthcare workers. Horrible clerical and administrative staff. Your paperwork will not be filed on time for your appointment, and they’ll have you reach your bare hand into a box of “hospital safe” masks - the same box every other patient has stuck their hand into that day.
Worse, complaints filed through UCSF’s system are “forwarded” and never responded to. Pick a different clinic or bring your lawyer.

UCSF Radiology is AWESOME! This location is fantastic also. Special thanks to Susan, Richard and Amy. The staff is incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, smart, efficient and professional. Thank you so much for the great care!
