The staff has no idea what they sell and how products work or not. Had an embarrassing situation there checking out! You cannot fix their horrible customer service amd thank fully there are other choices and places to shop

Got laid off because I was passionate about my compensation and they were late paying me all the "money" as an ex FT employee it's embarrassing to say that I got to speak to the most "important" at this place and the best offer they had was firing me based off a few interactions and observations. The industry works both ways. I left my phone in my car during our conference and no all there names but I'm no longer able to visit. Even if my good friends work there I didn't even raise my voice or lift my hands. Shows the integrity that festers in the city

Easy in and out for delivery or pick up. Go to driver check in to get a dock and to pick up paperwork after your loaded or unloaded.

Good place to work, good pay and makes you have time throughout the week to do what you gotta do

They don’t care about their employees. I worked for this company for two years. First year was fine. The second year they started moving me to their indirects which was one of the worst spots they had. They kept me there for a whole year. I was not supposed to be there. They were supposed to rotate me with the other 30 people in my department but they didn’t. They told me they would work on switching me and never did. They wouldn’t vto me because I was in that spot. They once vto’d the entire department but kept me and 3 other people for an extra 3 hours because we were in that spot. I spoke with the clerk, the supervisor, the operation manager, and HR about my situation and they all told me the same thing. That they would work on it and I believed them. Everyday for a year I put up with it until I got fired for calling out to many times. And when they fired me they told me that I should’ve felt honored to be put there so much.

As a truck driver first time here.great service start with the receptionist lady beautiful actitud, in and out pum, got my unloading dock unloaded less than hour. Thank you ULTA

They let go of my wife because she took 10 min in the restroom. (She was on her days of the month). She never missed a day either. Whoever the supervisor is for the 430 pm to 3 am shift, it’s nobody’s fault that you’re husband isn’t intimate with you anymore because you gained weight so you walk around angry firing people.

Idk what happened to my 1 star review, but here it is again. CANT DO REFUNDS WITHOUT SIGNING UP FOR THEIR PROGRAM! They will let you buy all you want, but can't bring anything back unless you sign up for their store program, even if the item was defective. Been told this twice now, no longer shopping at Ulta anymore.

Fast check in and check out, fast unloading good for truckers but there is no overnight parking, gate closed will open 6: 00 am morning

Great environment to work at.
As a tempt it's a bit stressful not knowing how long you will be there though. The agencies do a minimal job at making sure you actually get hired on or inform you on your chances.
Respectable place to work at none the less

Great people. Great opportunities ESPECIALLY during a pandemic. You need a job go through the temp agencies Spherion or Exact Staffing. Or simply apply online at Ulta main website for careers if you get lucky enough to get called in. But your better chances are the temp agencies.

Loved it! I was hired through exact staff, and my supervisor Serria was very helpful overall the best! Ulta was very easy to me; however, did not like the hours. But became use to it and just made the job fun. Great environment!

Good fast pick up line for my order online to pick up in store, it was ready so fast and they were nice!

Got here 45 minutes before appointment time. Had to wait for a call finally 1: 30 minutes past appointment time finally got a dock just to back up and wait until they break the seal still waiting.we have reload already but it looks like this team has to get reload in the morning because of how slow they are got here at 10: 25 am and still waiting to get unloaded on a Monday it's 1400 right now SMH.

The supervisors were actually very kind and helpful 5 stars on that. The only thing is you are required to work 12 hour shifts six days per week during the peak season. The building is kept very cool during the summer months with a/c. I only left because i did not feel i could drive a forklift 12 hrs per day 72 hrs per week safely.

I was honestly blown away! I was here for a Job Fair and had a tour! It was clean and organized. Staff was friendly and very outgoing!
