Its Ulta Beauty, they're all very similar. The red headed step sister to Sephora. Wow, thats not very nice of me. The store is well stocked, well lit, and well located. The parking is free, covered and plentiful. The sales girls are pleasant enough. Theres just always a vibe like its the last couple of days before they shut down the store and the staff just found out yesterday. Maybe its how the store is designed. It can feel a little morose at times.

Very beautiful place to come shop and get your hair done ask for Porsche she does such a wonderful amazing job and she cares about her customers

Friendly, caring staff who ask if you need help or a basket when your hands are full. The people who work here have the experience necessary to answer your questions. Good inventory and if you need something, someone at the store will help you get it.

I had a really great girl that gave me awesome advice for some eyebrow pencil stuff she was really helpful with fragrance even though there's not much they can do right now you can't get samples and most of the tester bottles aren't available but I still recommend this place. I do recommend you asking where something is that you need though because you could be lost in there for a while without some direction.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! WENT THERE BECAUSE I NEEDED HAIR DONE AND ELLEN SHOW THAT I APPEAR ON RECOMMENDED A DIFFERENT LOCATION- BUT THAT WAS CLOSEST AT THAT TIME! MY HAIR BROKE OFF- THEY HAD ROBBERS COME IN THEN TOO AND ASKED ME TO HELP AS I WORKED PREVIOUSLY WITH POLICE! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS PLUS OVER CHARGED ME AND MADE ME WAIT! I DID THIS REVIEW MONTHS AGO AND YOU NOW RESPOND! BUT YOU DID NOT CARE AT ALL WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE! THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! DISGUSTING PLACE!

I went to pick up item, that according to online store it was available in that store. When i got to the store the lady said they been out of stock.

Super cool store, they give you super good advices, you can also ask them super many questions and they're still super friendly.

Staff are okay, could be a little friendlier and show more enthusiasm to help. Sale products are quite great deals, you just have to rummage through.

I love Ulta beauty. This is place to get your beauty shop on.they have everything! Yes i will be back. Great customer service. And very clean and neat.they were organized!

Love this Ulta.more of a variety than Westfield Culver City. I wouldn't expect less in this area. It was a lot of drug store brands on clearance

Very helpful. Fully stocked. Linda J behind the counter is lovely, and the consummate salesperson. Let's you know what's going on in the store and special sales you might not be aware of.

The staff was helpful but unfortunately they did not have what we needed but they did suggest we try there other location in the Westfield mall.

Excuse me! The one of the employees was so fking rude. We went into Ulta at 10 minutes to 6 and when we walked in she said Good Evening to us and when we were walking to the register she told us very rudely to leave because the store was closed. My mother wanted to buy this product but the manager said no the store is closed. I advise that she should be fired for her acts. They should at least tell people as they enter the store that store is closing in 10 minutes. She also said that the store would be fined if they closed earlier or later than the closing time. Is this true?
