17Very nice came in to get a new blow dryer the girl was knowledgeable and sweet and transgender friendly which is a huge plus
I have never had a problem until today. I went in for two items, a shampoo and a conditioner. The cashier accidentally rang me up twice for one of my items. Unfortunately, I did not notice until after I paid. When I went back in a minute later the cashier needed help from the manager to handle my refund. The manager kept asking the cashier if she was sure that I had only bought one shampoo. The cashier kept telling her she was sure which the manager then insisted on checking the cameras. I had literally JUST paid for the items. The cashier then assured her (again) that I had only purchased two items.
This is all to say that I did not appreciate the way that the manager treated me like a thief, especially after the cashier had already told her the situation AND assured her that I only purchased two items in total. I couldn’t help but feel that the manager would not have acted this way if I looked a different way. Two stars because the cashier was actually apologetic.
Very friendly staff in sales and at the salon. Pay attention to fliers as ales are often and this makes some of the more mid range to high end items affordable on a budget.
Currently undergoing renovations, but don't worry, the staff is still there to help you out.
Was at this store Friday and I have to say no one really likes to help you or you ask them something and they tell you just a moment and never come a to help when I paid all my things I bought them they ask you what to open en account.
I'm suuuuuper upset with this store. I shop at Ulta allllll the time. Never at this location, so I was excited and wanted to splurge on myself, and check out what this location had. These workers were so rude and INSTANTLY profiled me to be a thief apparently.granted I wasnt looking my best but certainly that shouldn't matter right? Wrong! I was constantly followed and literally had a girl face front items RIGHT next to me. I was so uncomfortable the entire time I shopped. I ultimately left my basket of products at the front and politely excused myself. Someone lost a $500 or more sale. I will say the ONE lady I talked to seemed genuine but at that point I was too upset and just wanted to leave. I will never go into that location again.
Clean store with great variety of high end and drugstore.jaslin had the best customer service! Super helpful and educated me on the ulta cc! She kindly offered me a shopping bag and asked me if i was finding everything ok! Beautiful spirit.will be definitely coming back!
Got a haircut and was a little scared because I had always used the same hair lady for a long time, but let me tell you BEST DECISION EVER! Beatriz was AMAZING! She was super friendly and just great overall! I first showed her a picture of the kind of cut I wanted and asked her opinion based on my face shape and she said it would totally look good on me and especially for the season! After my hair cut I was in Love with my cut and the styling. Totally would recommend to go to her for a cut! Definitely my go to person now!
I got 3 products of florence by mills and honestly they need to stock up on florence by mills products cus i was there for a specific thing and i couldnt find it so i just got the dreamy drops mind glowwing peel off mask and the silicone brush

Our Ulta experience started at the door. The security guard was very personable and eager to help us find our way to where we needed to be. Nancy was INCREDIBLE! She surpassed our expectations for our "look"! She was so fun too. I felt like I was just hanging with a friend! She chatted us up and made us feel so beautiful! Our hairstylist did a great job with both of our hair. She could have been a little more personable but that's just a personal preference. She did beautiful work but stayed quiet most of the time. I struggle to sit in awkward silence.we definitely left feeling FABULOUS!
The only ulta I like to go to. They don’t follow me around and the employees aren’t rude. I only give 4 stars because the lighting is pretty dim which sucks when I’m looking for a certain color match. Found the items I needed super easily and everything I looked at was in stock! (been trying to find the Eilish travel spray forever)

I went in to do my hair. I have never done anything to my hair just a couple times when I was younger. So I was a bit nervous. Nancy was the lady who did my hair. She was AMAZING. I love how it turned out. I love her attitude and her service. She was Great. I definitely had a great 1st time experience with her. As well as with everyone who walked by and the cashiers up front. Everyone complimented my hair. Just excellent service. Will definitely be going back.
A lot of things are overpriced. But they still have pretty much everything I need. So I'll continue to shop there. I only wish they made paying the bill easier online.
Chelsey did an exceptional job! I went to find an item, wasn't sure exactly where the item was located. Chelsey came to the rescue, Great customer service skills, very friendly hard worker! She is definitely one of the best workers, that I have encountered dealing with customer service.
Today, I went to redeem my birthday gift and the lady who attended, whose name is Chelsey was super nice, she made me smile, and totally made my day! Thank you so much to Chelsey. It wasn't just her who was nice but every staff. Totally recommend to go to that store for you to leave with a good vibe.
Great customer service, but getting my hair done not great at all. Yesterday, I walked in at 11: 45 am to come out at 6: 45 pm. I had full set of highlights to the roots. I could not tell then because I got curls done, but I came out looking like a skunk with a big patch on the top of my head and my roots looking like they need a touch up. My coworker said oh dam what happen to you hair. She mentioned if it wasn’t for the patch I couldn’t even tell you got highlight
I've done more than one pickup at this Ulta and today's experience was the worst. Something about the way I was looked at made me feel racially profiled.
At first the cashier couldn't find my order so it "wasn't actually ready, " and was ready to send me away. I placed my order under my name shown above, which I never had an issue with before here or at any store. I had all the information that proved I myself placed the order; email confirmation, text confirmation, app confirmation, all of it.
But the cashier continuously refused to give me my order because it didn't match my ID, "she needs to come pick it up. " "She is me, " "well it has to match so. And I know for sure one of your items isn't available. "
My name shown above is a shorter version of the name on my ID. On top of that, who I'm assuming was the manager, was staring at me the entire time I was trying to get my order, I wasn't making a fuss or scene. Her eyes were just locked on me while she was on the phone with somebody.
I told the cashier "forget it, I'll cancel it, " and walked away to go grab the products off the shelf myself to purchase them but instead went back to my car to figure it out because she was giving me a hard time. I added my government name as an alternate pick up person, went back in and said, "I added my gov't name, can I please get my order now? " I had no attitude.
"Oh she added you as an alternate? *Nods* wait a minute. "
Not only was she still treating me like I wasn't the person who placed the order, but she was also wrong about one of my products being out of stock considering it was in the bag.
I understand it's the holidays and some customers get rude, along with theft happening, but that doesn't mean you treat people like they're less and an inconvenience to you, especially POC's.
