Took my daughter for a haircut and color. Both cut and color turned out beautiful and at a great price!

Good products bad customer service so many employees on the floor and not one came up to me to ask if I needed assistance. Once I chose my items I asked the salon employees for recommendations on the hair products. No knowledge on the products whatsoever.

If you go, don't ask the girl named Kaya for help. She's incredibly rude and dismissive. My friend and I asked if she could help us with a perfume oil cap and she refused because it was supposedly too much work, "If I open it then I have to close it. " Isn't that your job to assist guests? Disappointing.

Went in for a haircut and was talked into a temporary color. I was never told the price. The woman next to me had very long hair. She had a cut and a triple permanent color with a blowout, and we were charged the same price. I know that because they told her the cost. Great place for cosmetics only.

I was helped by two pleasant, approachable associates at this location. This is not my first time shopping at Ulta, so I'm somewhat familiar with the store layout, but with so many products available, having a friendly guide is vital!

This is used to be my go to Ulta, but today I experienced disappointment with the cashiers customer service. This was a No for me.

I had an appointment with Renee for a hair color. When I arrived, there was absolutely no one around to take care of me. I had to hunt someone down. First they told me I didn’t have an appointment. Then they found me and told me Renee would be right out to talk to me. She knew I was there and never came out. She was working on someone else. Everyone else just walked away like it wasn’t their problem. I waited 10 minutes and Renee never came to speak to me and no one else ever came back, Ifinally left. Incredibly rude. I went up front and asked for the store manager. All they said is that she wasn’t in. They didn’t ask if someone else could help me. This is the level of help we are subjected to.

This store Just lost my business. I saw a skincare brand I’ve been wanting to try had a 20% off sign. I spent time carefully checking the products and selected 3. At the register I was told they were not on sale. The sales person and I walked back to the sign. She told me the dates (which were tucked under the sign holder and not visible to me) were wrong and she would not be honoring the sale price because “it frequently happens that their sale signs are incorrect. ” Direct quote. I’ve never had a store not honor an incorrect sale sign or admit to “frequent” employee incompetence like that! They were not high end either. It would have been a savings of only about $14. If she would have at least honored one product with an apology I would have accepted that. Hopefully they can work on customer service training. Meanwhile, On to Sephora I go…

Veronica work very hard with the bare minerals makeup to get the right color 4 my cousin and did a super job at making it match. She was very friendly oh, and professional at her job. She also had a great sense of humor. Red Lobster well I better pull it up Ronald

Hair care items were a little picked over, but Ii did find what I was looking for. Didnt find anyone on the floor to ask questions if, which is rare, though Checkout staff was polite.

I went in to buy dermalogica. Sales person was helpful though they didn't carry one of three products I wanted in the store but on the website. I went to pay and the same sales person was cashiering. Saying I needed to give her my phone number in order to return an item. I corrected her saying the website says otherwise with a reciept. Her response, that's what I've been told by my manager. I heard her and the manager with previous customers saying the same lie to get customers in their system. I'm not interested in being lied to for my personal info with out respect.

I just walked out of the store. At least 6 employees were standing around talking with each other. Not one single person offered to help me. Maybe someone somewhat elderly doesn’t deserve any attention?

Not good, the employees aren't helpful and they think they can just snatch stuff from my kids hands that was rude and disrespectful I didn't even want to look at the item anymore after that employee did that. They don't have anything I was looking for I literally circled around areas and didn't see the items I needed in stock. All I kept thinking was to leave and shop somewhere else. So disappointing.

Helpful staff, understocked on the perfumes though. I don't think they carry my favorite Givenchy anymore.

I received friendly service from Jenny and was introduced to some new products that I liked. COVID Safety is in place so you are still not able to try on any make-up but can return it if you need to.

If it's your birthday month ask them if you can get your birthday gift. You don't have to purchase anything to get it. One good thing about Ulta is that they accept used product returns.

Very rude & intrusive. I was followed all over the store as if I were some type of criminal. Horrible shopping experience. Left the premises very upset, even a little angry.

Thank GOD For KATE & CAROLYN. I went in to Ulta Upset because Tarte has discontinued my face makeup that I have used for YEARS! I've ordered a few other products to try and was very unhappy with them. I have extremely sensitive skin and cannot use alot of things. Those 2 girls SAVED my life and my face. Carolyn found me a face powder (Celebration Full Coverage Powder Foundation) that doesn't irritate my skin & Kate recommended a few products to help with my rosesa (Sunday Riley Luna Night Oil). These ladies are very knowledgeable of products and skin conditions. Definitely an asset to have working for your company!:) Thank you!
