I don’t recommend this place for you don’t find assistance from the people working there despite of asking for one which is really pathetic Definitely not a welcoming place for the customers, especially this ulta beauty

The cashier asked for my phone number and I declined. She explained the reason, and I again declined. All fine. She proceeded to ask me again an additional 5 times. It became very uncomfortable. When she finally rang up my purchase. She didn’t say any additional words and she was completely silent as I gathered my items and left the store. Strangely rude experience

I felt welcomed walking into this store which I really appreciated. I always find cool stuff in their huge clearance sections, some stuff isn't marked down all the way so when i go to check out, I am sometimes pleasantly surprised by how low price some clearance items are! Extremely wide selection of beauty products and brand names, from drug store to high end.

Breanna is the best eyebrow specialist ever! SHe has a great eye and very sweet and personalble. I look forward to seeing her every few weeks for my brows!

Help is so-so. A lot of products out of stock. Went to Amazon instead. Ulta needs to clean up their act

I go here all the time but the customer service was not so good recently. I was abruptly told not to open a product and the girl said she would make a sample in a few hours. I don't mind that.but she came up behind me rudely.no excuse me ma'am or anything. I couldn't focus to shop after that. Will have to drive to san jose now to shop at ULTA.

Oh don't bother. They serve up ZERO help with a side of attitude. I came in because the internet said they have stock for something. I don't know who the girl in charge was, but fine employees were standing with her and she explained they probably have the product on a pallet in back but they won't go get it because that's not their job. I asked if she can check stock at other stores and she said "well *you* can just call them". So it's not that she can't check stock, it's that she won't, even though there's five employees standing around. And it's not that they don't have it and can't check, they just refuse to. One of the girls literally said she saw it on a pallet in back. Never coming here again. This is why I use Sephora. I'll just order my product online from literally anyone else.

Well, my wife loves this place, so I love her and end up here more than I'd prefer. With that said, it's clean and well staffed, but hard to catch your breath in some aisles. And expensive. I don't think I've ever been here for less than a hundred bucks! But if your wife likes it, and doesn't want to go alone, it's better than some other places she drags me to.

Smaller than other Ulta stores I've been to, product selection is limited. I needed 3 things and none of the items were there.

Love this store. You could spend an entire day just looking at stuff inside the store. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Excellent customer service, very attentive and knowledgeable. Another plus for me is that they keep products stocked. I dont have to make numerous trips to different Ulta's because they have what i need in stock.

Employees follow way too closely. They are highly judgmental, biased and stereotype you, based on a multitude of factors from the way you look to what you carry. This is a place where a customer can come and try some makeup. So I wouldn't like to be over-dressed here, just to avoid the pains of removing make up to try out new ones. Besides, they don't keep enough makeup removal aids and when you ask them for help with it, they give you something very stingily. I carry my own wipes & hold them out visibly just to avoid the horror stories of theft accusations. The last time that I was here, a lid from a concealer rolled out from where I was standing. I was accused of dropping it. Well, for a moment I thought that I had, and I was quick to apologize but the employee just rolled her eyes for God knows what, as nothing had even spilled over! All the drama when I had not even dropped it, as I noticed that it was rolling over from a different rack. I used up all my points at the billing that day, resolving that I would stick to Sephora for premium products and Target for drugstore backups. Their facial services weren''t worth a dime after Madison left

This is a typical Ulta, tons of makeup and hair products. There’s a salon and a Benefit Brow Bar. Employees are welcoming and helpful.

I don't like this store. When I came to Ulta Beauty store, at 20580 Homestead, to buy a electrict curler hair for my sister because she is very busy. It made me very surprised when the cashier wouldn't let me buy it. I had showed them the 20% off coupon with my sister's email and phone number and I also told the that I CAN CALL MY SISTER TO LET THEM TELL MY SISTER AND CONFIRM. However, she did not accept. The cashier told me, "Your sister has to come here in person. " Horrible service.

I got my hair done by Daisy. She was extremely rough with my hair, she kept pulling it. She scratched my scalp and made it very irritated. She didn't put product in my hair and left my hair damp.

I went to this Ulta on a Saturday night. There was only one girl for the entire floor. Clearly understaffed. I had to wait for her to finish with another customer.

There was a long line and only one cashier. She stated individuals called in and that she was the only person who could ring. I'll be shopping online moving forward.

Standard Ulta Beauty located off Homestead Road in Cupertino. Slightly smaller than the Ulta store off Cottle Road in San Jose. Plenty of convenient free parking.

The products I want have always been available. The floor staff is helpful with questions. But.checkout is a pain! My last three visits here have resulted in long lines and one checkout. They should try to have more help when more than a few people are in line.

I had a great experience working with Madison. She spent a lot of time listening to my requests, finding products to try and demonstrating the products on me. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I'll be returning to see Madison the next time I want makeup and skincare suggestions!
