Oh my God! Guys look for Marina whenever you at the Temecula site. She is the Mckoy.
V always used makeup artist but no more since I met her.
She was SPOT ON with her teachings and recommendations.
Am now quite spicyyyyyy:) with my skills.

I went in to buy a new cologne and I was pleasantly surprised how everyone I came in contact with was an absolute delight! I walked in and was greeted by a nice blonde lady who walked me to the cologne section and showed me where everything was, then Prisila walked up and asked if I needed help, and she did an amazing job! She went and looked in the back for a certain cologne I was wanting. While she was gone I was approached 5 times by different employees seeing if I needed assistance. It was like nothing I’ve ever experienced before! A big thank you to Prisila for helping me get the right cologne!

One of the best Ulta I have been to. It is always clean, well stocked, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Stephanie helped discover new brands when my preferred product was discontinued and was super kind and helpful and was giving amazing advice. Another staff member (I wish I caught her name) helped me when they were 5minutes to closing. I had over waxed one of my eyebrows and needed to get something to hid the fact. She gave me a quick tutorial and made sure I got what I needed (being inexperienced I was going to get things that I did not need). Every time I go staff offer help, one even grabbed me a basket when I started carrying way too much. Good people, good vibes.

I had The BEST experience today. My sales guy was a qt named Aaron. Spelling may be wrong. Tic Tok name Aenjilll I complimented him on his makeup. He was I wanted to be his best friend. I digress. Aaron helped me find the correct Concealer for my 51 yr old skin. He also recommended a finishing spray by Maybelline. I came home and tested them and was extremely happy with the results. My skin looked great! Thank you as well to the cashier with the Blue coffin nails. They are right by the mall in Temecula

I never leave reviews but I feel like I had to. Today I went to pick up my mobile order. The person who was in charge was not friendly at all. I went to pick up the new Dyson airstrat straightener which I have heard about it but I always want from someone who has experience in the industry to let me know their thoughts and tips. I asked the lady who was receiving the mobile orders if she knew anything about the straightener which she responded no and send me to the salon to ask the gals there, I went there no one had an idea but the gal was much friendlier and helped me open the box and to our surprised it looked like someone had used in which upset me because I am not willing to pay almost 500 dollars for something that someone has used before (the salon gal suggested to go back to the register and ask for a new one) I went back to the register and the same girl who was helping with the mobile orders was the one helping out in which I explained the situation to her and her response was that she couldn’t do an exchange or return due to being a mobile order… how would this even make sense? Then I asked to talk to a manager THANKFULLY she was able to help and did the process really fast but this mobile girl continued to being really mean and moody. Why would I have to deal with her mood? I even said THANK YOU before leaving the store and her answer was yeah. I am a costumer and I should be treated with respect the same way I was treating her. I hope this does not happen to anyone else but always check your products before taking them home. I will be more aware of this type of situations moving forward. I wish I had taken pictures of the first box so you could all understand what I am talking about!

This was my first time at an ulta. I’ve always shopped at sephora… and will never return to ulta.

Although one employee was very kind, she just stood in 1 section for over 30, min while I was there.

I went to try on different lipsticks. In order to do that you have to clean it before and after use and for lip gloss need a little Q tip. Most of their boxes were empty (the ones with A tips and tissues) they also didn’t have anything to remove your lipstick except tissues.

Some lipsticks I tried on were long lasting so I couldn’t get it off with a tissue. After 4 lipsticks, my lips were dry and red from all the rubbing. I couldn’t even remove the lipstick anymore, it was just on my lips. I ended up leaving and rubbing my lips with a wipe in my car.

If u plan on trying makeup here, bring your own makeup remover / wipes. But I recommend Sephora, people there literally help you find the perfect shade and help you the entire time you shop and they have proper things to remove your lipstick.

Thanks to Prisila, I was able to find purple shampoo and conditioner for my hair and she also rung me up at the register as well and was super nice and friendly:)

I had not dyed my hair for over 15 years. I walked into my appt with a Pinterest picture and a knot in my stomach. Ana W.took the time to talk to me about what I wanted. By the time my appt was over, Ana had me laughing and feeling so relaxed. My hair looks amazing and I will continue to see her. Gracias Ana!

I walked in with my mom on June 1st around 7: 30 pm and the security guard immediately was following us around until he saw that we payed and finally went somewhere else. Disappointed never going back.

Went in for a product that was not out on the floor and the sales clerk asked what I wanted and got it from the back. Very friendly!

Such beautiful, helpful employees. I was helped by the lovely Erin. His makeup was so entrancing I NEEDED to be assisted by them: ’) they were knowledgeable about the products and the placements and recommend amazing products for prices that were WAY better than I expected. Then the cashier who checked out my items… I think her name was Clarita? She was the goth looking babe with black hair. Definitely a peoples person. Easy to talk to, complimented my piercings. I literally came in sad but walked out smiling ^3^ thanks guys!

I use the Ulta salon every time I need a haircut or color. I have waist length highlighted hair that is very thick. Ana did my hair this past week and she was absolutely fantastic. She is a master stylist. I highly recommend her! 5 stars isn't enough!

I personally love Ulta Beauty, I love all the brands they carry. But I always get treated badly at this location. Although the people working in the back are super helpful. But the cashiers are super rude. They don’t want to answer any questions about the points and deals that are posted. I understand that sometimes it can exhausting to work and hard day at work. But I think if a customer asks something they can at least explain them a little bit or Directer them to someone who can answer their questions, Rather than a rude “NO”.

I've visited the Salon at the Temecula CA store twice now. I wasn't totally sure what I wanted or what to expected. Thankfully i was given an appointment with Ashleigh.

Ashleigh is very knowledgeable and truly listens to what I say and what I am hoping to accomplish with my hair. She doesn't rush me or push me into anything. She is extreme patient, very friendly and has an amazing personality.

On my first visit with Ashleigh, I went in prepared with photos I saved from various websites. We discussed what I liked about each one and she explained what it would take for me to accomplish that result. I decided to get a cut and dye my hair. I liked the result and set up an appointment to come back in 2 weeks to see how I felt about how my hair.

Today I went in for my second appointment. I liked what we accomplished at the first appointment but wanted to fine tune a few things. Although I thought I needed highlights, after talking I realized I wanted low lights. I also wanted more and higher layers. She listened and discussed everything prior to cutting or coloring my hair.

By the time I left today I felt pampered and refreshed. I got the change I wanted (and needed!) and felt more confident.

Everyone in the Salon is friendly and positive. We chatted, laughed and it felt like we had know each other for years. They are a very positive group.

I would highly recommended checking out the Salon at this Ulta store. They are do make up and facial. I haven't gotten either yet but definitely am planning on trying it out in the future. Sometimes we just need to pamper ourselves a little.
