10Better service elsewhere. I felt stalked and the Latin manager dark hair lady and her friend were speaking about me right in my face. I needed a couple of things but decided to walk out because I didn’t feel welcomed.
No one helps here lol. You're on your own. I went in this store to ask for any products they had to help with pores. Nope no one helped. The girls on the register are very nice though.
Excellent customer service, all the ladies were knowledgeable of my questions (7) I spent about $300.00, got all that I needed there. Thank you ladies!
This store is nice, but when I asked for specific perfume which it was sold out at this location. I ordered it online in apps for my brother's birthday. I still trust this store because it's great store. I always go here for perfumes (new arrival because I'm curious).
ULTA SALON MAKE UP EXPERIENCE.
I had my make up done for my niece's wedding. It looked absolutely horrible. I didn't post any family pictures (with me in them).
Nobody helps. They just look at you like you try to steal something, it's better to buy in the app or some place else. That was my first time never again.

Service was great! I was here late, but as soon as I walked in service with a smile, and fantastic help. The staff member Jessica was super nice, accomodated all my questions and helped me make the right choice! Loved it, hope to come back in the future
I got a Keratin treatment here and was excited about it however I’ve done researched and it shows not to wash hair for 36 hours so it can be more effective & they washed it right off. I wasn’t given instructions on how to treat my hair after because they kept constantly changing my stylist because they kept multitasking with other clients. They styled it and said I was good to go however never explained I should not wash it or use certain shampoo or etc.
