My go to store! Love all the staff and products of course! Johnny is always great for hair services and Samantha does great brows!

Called ahead to see if the product we wanted was available. They pulled it and held for us. Excellent customer service.

I would and will never buy anything from this place until I become a millionaire. If you're a woman and has a little dough in her pocket that she wants to spend this is a good place for her but not for me. I'm a guy.

I asked saleslady for assistance. She explained they didnt have any compact mirrors with a light. Really? I went online and purchased it. Why bother asking for help? I guess because they dont work on commission they could careless about selling their products or even being courteous.

This is an excellent location. My hairdresser is Anthony and he consistently gives outstanding service. Really nice guy and so good at his job. I love all the products at this store as well as the prices.

The Ulta at Eastland in West Covina is convenient, has nice staff but is my least favorite, often poorly stocked and product on display is very used and dirty.

Super helpful staff and they even got into their shipment in the back to find a hot product I came specifically for since it was not on the shelf. That's service

Honey pallette.when I recieved it in the mail it was broken. I called the store and explained. They said to bring it in and they will exchanged it. I got to the store. The girls behind the counter were so pleasant and helpful.thank u for a great experience

I'm never disappointed when I visit. The staff is knowledgeable about product and always give good suggestions. They help you choose what is most appropriate based on your needs.

Great product, but a drawback in that there is always a wait in line at checkout, never enough cashiers

Ok prices have gone up
They are almost as high as macys for Clinique except macys has a much better rewards program and return policies

Always a lot of selection but I always make sure to check the product before I buy it - way too many people decide to test it from the takeaway product

I had to pick up a cosmetic supply for my wife last night. One of the employees immediately noticed I was looking around confused and was quickly able to help me find what I was looking for. The line at the cash register moved very fast. Overall, a very good experience here.

I always love walking into the Eastland location. This time no one actually walked up to me to ask if I needed help but they usually do. I did ask one of the lady's to help me out with a foundation and some other things i needed and I'm glade I did she was very helpful and knew what she was doing. I bought everything she recommended and loved all my new goodys! BIG. BIG SHOUT OUT TO (LOLA). YOU WERE A WSOME. TNKS AGAIN FOR UR HELP GURL!

The woman that helped us was very helpful. She recommended products she has tried and which she liked and the ones that didn't do what it advertised to do. So far we are very happy with the help.

The worst customer service experience while trying to get a haircut. No customers waiting for service. Did not want to accommodate in case their next appointment showed up early. (40 minutes away from scheduled time)

Nothing I wantd was in stock! & All the sample makeup was dirty. The customer service was horrible also never coming back to this location SMH

ULTA beauty west Covina is the one you want to be at. The atmosphere is amazing and the girls are so nice. They have a camaraderie that makes you feel at home. Clean and neat is how they like to keep their store. Such good moral here.
