Decided to try a new hair stylist and booked with Pedro and I’m so glad I did! Not only did they listen to what I wanted, they executed the style perfect and talked me through the whole process to make sure I was okay with everything. My hair came out near identical to the picture I had showed them of what style I wanted. They were super kind and helpful making sure my hair was exactly how I wanted. I am so happy with how my hair turned out. Couldn’t have hoped for better results. Definitely would book again with them for my future hair needs!

Padro cuts n styles my hair n I feel great everytime I walk out. He's great at communicating, confurming, n double checking before he starts your cut. Especially, if your getting a drastic change.

Really really unprofessional! I had an appointment at 1: 30pm for hair and make up for my engagement pictures at 5pm. It was 1pm when I get a voice mail that my stylist canceled because she got sick. I tried calling them back to find out what’s going on but was left on hold for 30 minutes. I felt bad that she got sick but I got pretty annoyed with the fact that it left me high and dry for finding a new person on a Sunday 4 hours before my pictures! It’s not the stylist fault for getting sick, it’s Ulta’s fault for not having a back-up plan for this kind of situations. It’s just straight up unprofessional! Anyway, I was very fortunate and was able to find an opening at Sephora to get my make up done. Just another reason why I prefer shopping at Sephora rather than Ulta.

A word of caution: Went to the salon for a refresh of the baby lights I had. I let the stylist know that I wanted the same style only brighter. I was in a hurry and I left without really looking at my hair. The next day I noticed my hair. I felt so disappointed that the stylist let me leave with my hair looking the way it did. I tried to go in the following day to get it corrected only to find they had no availability. They are attempting to accommodate me before I go out of town for an event however, I don’t trust that they can do the job correctly. Going to pay $$$ to have my original stylist 100 miles away do a color correction. Pictures speak for themselves. I’m posting what my hair looked like before and the after. You be the judge.

Pedro has magical hands! If you ever decide to go with someone who is being legitimately honest and listens to your needs, Pedro is a must. He’s the best and deserves a raise as well. Very professional, kind, funny, and loving personality. 1000/10!

Store is a mess. I was excited to go in and purchase a babyblisspro straightener, just to get to the display and for it to look like this. Stuff was super unorganized and when I asked an employee if they had prices for them, she first gave me the wrong price, then instructed me to use my app to look up the prices, I want to come here to shop, not be looking up how much your items cost.
