It is a store that has very good products for all skin types that often do not have what you need and you have to order it online, which makes me lazy because you need it at the moment, it is the only thing

Worker asked if I needed help and I said no. Then proceeds to give me unsolicited acne advice when her skin is screaming for help under all her make up. Caked up and texture beyond belief. Get your workers to listen when customers say they don’t want help. Can’t you listen the first time.

Today I had a event attended so I book a session with the MAC makeup artist. Before I asked if she was worked with different skin tones. She stated she had. I even shared a horrible makeup previously at another facility. Throughout the whole makeup session asked what colors she should use, what she should apply etc. She had no clue what colors to use for skin. I am now home and doing my own eyebrows n lipstick n removing purple although I asked for pink eye shadow! The manager apologize and made sure to let me know everyone loves when she does their makeup! She did however discount me. Do not if you are a woman of color get your makeup done by MAC Artist Monica. I will say I called another ultra spoke to a manager name Jessica who was amazing n kind! And Gabby at Menifee Ultra hands down truly great artist who did my makeup a few weeks back!

Monique and Nahtalie did their damn thing. I don’t like to wear make-up, but I was going to a wedding. I got so many compliments on my brows and make up. Thank you so much.

Manager and staff provided excellent customer service. There was an issue where an order was lost in the paper work and unfortunately Ulta Phone Customer Service handled it poorly. Besides being denied appropriate service and listening to condescending remarks by the phone agent, the store was busy and there were many customers listening to the situation, it was humiliating. But thanks to the manager and customer service rep in the store, everything was resolved to our satisfaction. Kind of makes you not want to return to that store, but we realize it was not the store and the store staff that was condescending and rude, it was Ulta phone customer service.

A lot to look at from a good brand. A little expensive for my taste, I think that in other places there are also good products.

I hate to give this Ulta an underscore because of 1 employee. The older lady, security, was awesome. She went to the make up area and told a group of ladies what I was looking for. A specific facial cleanser. The girl comes over to me and I tell her the same thing. She looked it up and couldn't find it, which was no problem. She asked me have I ever used it before and I said yes.her response was a little rude and it was the way she chose to ask. She said well what does it do then. My response could have been ruder depending on my mood. Don't challenge customers. You already said you haven't heard of it, clearly for whatever reason she felt some type of way. Usually I set things straight but I didn't even bother. Please be courteous to ALL your customers. Always. Aside from this me and my daughter love this store.

Today is Friday April 14th (2023) at 8: 30pm (should be 9pm and since there’s not a soul in the store, they likely closed at 8!) and the freaking store is CLOSED! I checked store hours on goggle AND by calling before I I drove 20 minutes to get here. The phone recording actually says “the store hours for THIS week are …” Here is the real kicker! On the store window above their window decal with their hours is a taped sign that says “modified hours”. The modified hours list Friday close time at 9pm. It is UNACCEPTABLE that you not only failing to adhere to the posted hours online but then you actually have a MODIFIED hours sign that STILL isn’t being adhered to. Ultra corporate should be doing something about this. I was NOT the only customer here either. From the time I got here to the time I left after writing my review at 8: 50 pm, a total 5 customers came (which they can verify themselves on their security camera footage). All of them were angry. THAT is not ok. That’s a horrible representation of the Ulta brand and makes me want to shop exclusively at Sephora instead.

Rude employees. How are you going to be so rude yet soo irrelevant? None of you can help me with anything. Just do your job. And shut your mouths for once god.

I've been getting my hair done here once every two months for almost 2 years.the salon team is AMAZING. This time around I got to book SUPER LAST MINUTE with Victoria and let me say this ANGEL OF THE HEAVENS has the hands of a waterfall! Whilst washing my hair I almost fell asleep, she's so sweet and full of funny conversation. Her hair cutting skills are immaculate, talk about layers on layers, knowing how much to cut is tough but NOT FOR HER. She sees your vision and simply EXECUTES. I will book with her anytime I can.highly recommend.

I had a bad experience today with the hairdresser I booked my appointment. I knew how much I was going to pay up front. $144.beware Andrea. R only did one service on my hair and charged three color correction times. It's always best to be honest. I already spoke to the manager. She said she'll get back to me. Heard nothing. A timely mattered. Been there twice before. Outstanding two other workers. Amazing. I just don't like hot water on my hair and ripped off

What's wrong with this Ulta workers? Every time I go to this store the African American security fallows me everywhere, the Ulta Consultant working where it cosmetics is just made a comment to the security about me! Red hair older women, absolutely unacceptable I do go to the store alot because I work in the area and after along day i like to walk around the store.sometimes I buy somet
imes I don't. Is this how you treat customers or you guys just pick on me because I'm latina? Rude.

I'd give it 5 stars but it has been at a month or more waiting for Cosrx products to come in. It's a bit frustrating and then I'm directed to other products which I'm not interested in.

I go to the Ulta Salon to get my hair done every year! I absolutely love the crew back there. You can tell they are friendly before even sitting down, everyone is so sweet not only to the costumers but also to each other! Which is always so beautiful to see. I love it here and my hair always comes out looking amazing. They style it nicely afterwards too. Sweet sweet people. (Although I look mad in the foils photo, I was just feeling silly and so excited)

This is my go to place for my cosmetics. There was a sale on an item that I couldn’t refuse. I was given the option to have the item shipped but I chose store pickup (which showed the item was in stock). I waited for confirmation to pick up but the following day they cancelled the order due to it being out of stock at my store. The item was a one day sale. I contacted Ulta to see if they’d honor the sale price and allow me to order it but they refused. While I had loyalty to purchase all my products from Ulta, they show no loyalty in return. Sephora is right next door, so I’ll try them out.

Have basically everything you can think beginning from hair accessories and dye, Nail polish and acrylic nails etc, facial products and of course makeup!
