Ulta Beauty, Calabasas CA

The customer service at the register is extremely slow. I don’t know if they’re thoroughly trained, nor does have enough people to accommodate the customer lines. Not one staff person asked to help register. Staff wanders the store knowing there is a line. No common sense to customers.

I specifically asked for a lipstick that will come off easily, and they didn’t seem to understand what I was asking for. Some of us don’t want lipstick to be on our faces all day long! The staff members were nice and helpful though they just didn’t have what I wanted and tried very hard to sell me something else.

Just had the most amazing experience at this store with Jasmine.she was so friendly and helpful! Look forward to shopping at this Ulta again soon!

Managers aren’t helpful. Staff needs managers for everything and managers have “no power” to help you- they just want you to call the Ulta IT desk. This location is out of everything. Just not a great experience. Disappointed in this locations management and stock.
