Ulta has suffered a tragic loss... It’s me LOL find me on @verdugobeauty ladies!

BEWARE! IF YOU HAVE A BIG BAG OR TOTE BAG YOU WILL GET HARASSED BY THE EMPLOYEES! I left the gym and went to ulta to grab a few things i had my tote with me and i was carrying my wallet and my phone and car keys! I understand theft happens and its better to be safe than sorry but to have gotten followed and asked consistently time after time after time “if we found everything okay? ” after we told them no we’re okay we know what we need they saw another employee also ask the same thing and they make it so obvious they’re talking about you through the walkers and the manager janet looks more like a delinquent than we did! We never get harassed like this anywhere else it made such an uncomfortable experience!

I've been to this location about 4, maybe 5 times since living here (3yrs). Everyone has been "nice/friendly". But non have made me feel comfortable enough to question their recommendations regarding shade colors etc. I am Italian, but "pasty" outside of the summer seasons. I tan well. I went in 2 days ago, was recommended the MAC studio fix powder + fountain (NW 22). I actually told her I didn't think it was the right shade.but made to feel like I was wrong. I went in today to exchange (ready to take a stand). And THEN ANTONIO, LEGIT, walked up, looked at me, took me aside and NOT ONLY fixed the color difference, but showed me ways to help while I continue to tan, (or loose my tan), ALL IN LESS THAN 20 MIN! He did sell me on a new brush, and bronzer while exchanging the MAC compact and the TART setting spray (awful setting spray IMO). BUT was legit just doing what he is good at. TELLING/TEACHING me what/how to achieve what I wanted.he SHOULD REMAIN ON THE FLOOR WORKING his magic.and I flippen LVE that he wasn't trying to force a sell, look, product.he was honest and to the point! I RESPECT THE F outta that! I will be back to this location simply for ANTONIO! THANK YOU

Toneya was beyond amazing! Showed my inspo picture for my balayage and it was exactly what I asked for. Throughout the long process she made me feel welcomed and kept asking if I was doing ok. I will for sure come back here and recommend Toneya. She was so sweet I had a great time! Obsessed with my hair!

Great place love to come here. I also get my hair done there and they do a good job. Color didn't quite take the first time. But thankfully Susan was able to fix that problem and fix me up. Now my hair looks great
