All staff including the security officer greeted me with a smile and was happy to assist me in my shopping needs.

Not impressed with their customer service at all! Comparing it to my first visit in Avondale, AZ. I was very disappointed to see that the girls were not as helpful.

Worst customer service! I went in to buy a Too Faced powder. Asked a gentleman to help me choose my color! He was so rude! He acted like he didn’t want to help me out! He matched me incorrectly! Had to go back to a different Ulta to exchange! Worst Ulta I have went to! All girls that work there, need a customer service training! ASAP

Every time I come to this location I always find everything that I’m looking for plus more. They stay stocked with plenty of goodies. The salon also is wonderful service they make sure the tend to your request. I’ve gotten my hair and makeup done, I would definitely go back.

They had alot of different beaty products here. From facial brushes to perfumes of all sorts! (male and female) It's a must see!

I love the customer service in this Ulta. I have only gone once but my experience was so great the makeup artist went out of her way to help me and my father find a couple of things for my long-distance cousin to send her as she is a makeup artist as well and not only did she help with that she gave me her personal experiences with skin care items so that I can pick the best according to the skin type. Ulta should definitely hire more stuff like that, definitely will be returning here.

Love to buy my cosmetics and bathroom products here. The employees are super helpful and able to answer all kinds of questions for my 15 year old niece as well as myself. They are super friendly and made my niece feel very confortable asking question about make up that she is usually scared to ask. Love ULTA!

I had the worse experience of my life they mest up my hair never came out like expected they “tried” to fix it but I was still not satisfied it seems like they don’t know what they are doing

I called this store after searching online for a particular product and they not only had the product but had it waiting for me at the front counter and I also ran out of concealer. It was my lunch break and I really appreciate that quick service.

Shout out to the lady who helped me out finding my skin tone shade for my foundation, loved it. Even after showing up 15 mins before closing i was helped awesome customer service ladies thank you!

Went in for the sales they have got there at 10: 05 when they open at 10: 00 just to tell me they sold out. But all the women working there had bought the products. What a waste of time. Smh!

I absolutely love Ulta. They always have the best selection when it comes to make up. They have an amazing point system. They always have specials going on and they give out amazing samples. This is the only store that I shop for my make up.

Terrible experience. I worked for the company as a security officer and management is horribly rude. “Justine” has a stick up her a** all day and spoke to me as if I was less than her having never even met me or asked my name. Not to mention they only appreciate guards who profile just as much as them. I don’t recommend this ULTA unless you want to be followed around the store if you’re a minority.

Pricey but delicious. Groups are welcome. Every cosmetic and fragrance imaginable are found in the establishment.

The customer service is great the girls offer help when you go in. What's best is that they just added more of Anastasia Beverly Hills products including the liquid lipsticks! However most of the lipstick were out of stock when i went last Saturday. You can be sure they will be sold quickly as soon as they stock up again. I've been going there since it first opened and so far the service has been great.

Everytime I cone here I'm treated like a criminal, I walk in and all eyes are on me, but when I go to different ulta I'm treated so much better, I'm greeted once I walk in, asked if I need any help showed different products treated with respect but this one ulta is horrible even told the manager about a security guard following just me and all he said is ok. I spend a lot of money at ulta especially when I don't wanna go to Sephora just wish I wasnt treated so poorly

Love it! They help you color match and they are so helpful. My 1yr old daughter was being so curious she just wanted to grab everything and draw everywhere lol Everyone was so nice

Great viarity of beauty products for men and women. Tons of shampoos and lotions. Also, they have mice smelling colognes for men.

May not have what your looking for sometimes but they have better versions all types of brands.there is only one word I can describe Ulta and it is PERFECT
