Ulta Beauty reviews
15The skin service department is amazing and all the employees are very nice. The esthetician is very sweet and is always willing to educate me when I need it.
They close way too early. Website says the close at 9pm but they seem to have the doors close 15 min earlier.
I was ignored by the staff although there were only a few other customers in the store. They said somebody would be over to help me. I decided to leave after waiting for 15 minutes while the staff was just standing behind the counter talking.
Not great. The stock is minimal considering the area it's in and I never find what I'm looking for. I went today looking for a nail kit. Specifically press-ons like Dashing Diva Magic Press (an amazing brand for quick, high quality nails in a pinch) and not only did they have NONE in stock, but the only ones they had were their own brand which aren't secured and every since pack had the nails stolen out of the zip top pouch. At at $15 a pack, you'd think they'd be better secured. The display that had what was left (3 packs) was completely destroyed and when I asked the employee to show me where they are, she did promptly show me but then remarked "eh, they're going fast, this is what I've got left. " And immediately walked off, even when I attempted to mention all of them being opened! I proceeded to leave and head to Sally Beauty where I managed to get 2 sealed packs of what I needed with amazing help. I can officially say I will NEVER be returning to any Ulta. I've been burned many times and this was the last straw.
Very helpful staff. Limited area for "drugstore" brand hair stuff - they don't carry the Shea Moisture line, for example.
I called for appt for color and cut explained I had long hair. When I arrived they didn't allow enough time and said to come back for a 6-8 hr appt at $110/hr!
Very poor communication took place at this store between one employee and a manager named Destiny which led to a total waste of time. When I pointed this out to Destiny, she was very rude and completely unprofessional from beginning to end.
It is quite obvious that serving the customer with tact and professionalism is not a priority for this company. If it were, Destiny would not have been so brazen during our conversation.
I will not give any of the Ulta stores my business again.
One of the best Ulta's I have shopped at for makeup. The staff is friendly - both sales floor employees and the managers (who have always been on the floor and available when I shop here), the products are well placed, and I always end up spending way more than I should because of the attentive service and great products.
This is by far the best Ulta I have ever been to!
The store is super clean, prices are well marked, and the employees are the most down to earth out of all of the stores I've visited.
The store was incredibly well stocked and the travel/trial sized stuff they keep at the front was organized and priced correctly.
These women are so easy to talk to, they made great suggestions on products and I could not be happier with my entire experience there.
I will drive the extra 25 minutes next time just to go to this store!
Staff including manager watched me but did not ask if I needed help until I brought it to their attention that I noticed they were keeping tabs on me but not assisting. The manager was flippant and nonchalant so I didnt purchase the items I picked out. I realize there isn't much diversity in this area so when they see it, all their misguided ignorant stereotypes come to mind. I just moved from Georgia, a red state, and never had that experience in my local Ulta.
I do not know anything about beauty products, but I was immediately assisted with help and advice with what I should buy for my female family members. Very helpful and clean, the staff are amazing.
Great place. Friendly service. Good prices and awesome sales. Jonathon at the brow bar is fantastic!
Dis boo is wack amiright boi!? Me and my two kids Finns get krunk. But we were racially disscriminated. It was because I'm an indipenant black woman. And she called me a black trash. I am trulie dissapointed.
Loved the store and workers. Only wish workers actually checked to make sure their completely out of stock on certain items before saying so.
I hope this location does okay, but twice the staff has ignored or been rude. They need to stop judging customers. Sometimes people come in to buy gifts for others.the manager was the only one that took the time to be courteous. I see lots of other good reviews with good service, so hopefully they are working on it. Not sure we would give them a 3rd try. Regardless, SHOP LOCAL!
