A manager or someone decided to shadow my girlfriend and I.interestingly enough she was the only Latina customer in the store.we received no contact by associates, but instead looked up to see them staring suspiciously at us from over other aisles.

I went inside ready to drop a few bills if it came to it, but as soon as I walked in security was eyeballing me as he was talking back and forth with the staff. I HATE being treated like a thief! I spent $90 and left as quickly as possible. I don't even get treated that way in the Fairfield Ulta! I do not recommend this place for shopping.

Concord ulta is the best ulta I have been to. The staff is very knowledgeable and store is organized.

I can NEVER find anyone who can wax my brows correctly, until NOW! Thanks Sheena your the BEST! Very professional, she knows everything about skin and makeup, and has great customer service. I'm so satisfied. Customer forever.

They seemed to be under staffed I was, in the store over an hour and could not locate anyone to help shade match me for a foundation. I walked arround, and looked for an employee literally the staff there was either cashiers or helping others for a really long time. Ended up giving up grabbed whatever. No one was ever available and no one ever asked if I needed assistance, and I was legit looking like a confused mess.

Easy parking, clean establishment, and friendly staff. Surrounded by lots of good shopping options.

Overpriced. I had my hair and makeup done for an event. It's was $200+. The make up "artist" was just a kid who'd watched a you tube tutorial and had no clue and had to ands how to do things. She got bright red lip stick all over around my lips and covered it with concealer instead of removing it.

The staff yesterday was helpful and professional! Katrina took care of my needs wonderfully! I love shopping at ULTA and always recommend it to my friends and colleagues!

Love this place to find cute things for my teenage niece's. Love the prices and the friendly staff!

I like the customer service and selection of hair products. Beware that the cosmetics section appears to be shrinking and some of my favorite brands are gone. Wish they had more oil-free products.

For the most part they have everything stocked and if not the employees are very friendly to help.

Hard to get help for MAC products. There were several there talking, but didn't acknowledge guests

Pretty good place to get make up products are nice consultants are shooting to sell you the most expensive products

Got great stuff for my wife that she liked anyway but the prices.you can really go online and by everything they have for half or less than half the price.

Came in for lip liner. But I really needed foundation. Met Mathew at the NARS bar. Got some solid stuff. Walked away with a fresh face (thanks to Matt) and the ammo to repeat it at home. Ulta is really such a nice place.

Brow bar is a joke. Never attempt to have a walk in appointment. They seem to only have 1 waxer working at a time and don't even like to give you the time of day. Absolutely ridiculous.
