Very well managed.they have a wonderful staff, cheap prices, wide variety, and so much more.everything is organized and sharp.one of my favorite places to shop for makeup! Employees are more than helpful and genuinely care about you and your purchases.i always find whatever i’m looking for and it is just an overall welcoming experience!

I ordered 2 items and one of the items was out of stock but I did not receive the refund
So I chatted with their customer support and it was horrible! I have never had a customer support chat that was so insensitive, rude and not ready to listen! He kept telling me that I am wrong instead of listening! I took screenshots of the chat and emailed Ulta because nobody should have this experience. I was very happy with the website and in-store experience but after this I'm never going to shop with Ulta again! Absolutely horrible support experience!

First time shopping there and had great experience. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Shannel, apologies if I spelled her name wrong, but she was extremely helpful. She was very knowledgeable and i will definitely shop there again.

I Was very Satisfied With Victoria and her make up skills she did an Awesome Job on my Daughter's senior prom make up.

Great selection on tons of beauty products, however not one salesperson asked if i needed help.

Parking was easy and products were accessible, but the ladies who work there did not offer help. Most of the employees were busy having personal conversations and ignoring customers. I needed to approach an employee for help and the 2 employees that I asked were not familiar with any of the products outside of there department. One of the ladies was friendly and wanted to help but did not seemed trained in any other areas of the store.

So many different companies to choose from. Sephora on steroids. They do need to involve more staff however.

Price for eyebrows $. Service was not as good as when the supervisor is around. I had the same service as before and was told brow tech couldn't do what I wanted. Even though she had done it before.

The cashier was very distracted and when I asked if I could get my birthday gift she told me she could not. When I called customer service they told me she could have put in the code.

Best ulta that I’ve been to so far it’s really clean great service and they had a decent restock of every brand,! Coming back soon

Half of the staff was helpful and amazing the other half seemed this interested and could care less to help someone

The girls who work there whisper about you don't ask you if you need help and is some of the worst customer service ever!

Love this store for beauty products. It has the upper end items that you would find at department stores and the bargain brands you would find at the drugstore. It's one stop shopping. They're also very helpful in helping you find the items you need and recommending different brands.

This is a great ULTA. Foster cities ULTA has speed isles so you don't waste time. Its bath offers are generous, plus it has a hair design center. Staff is very helpful. South San Francisco's not so much

Was wandering around for like almost 30min not a single employee asked if i needed help. I was looking for Lime Crime hair dye still don't know if they carry it.
