The moment I submitted my information, I was contacted by a recruiter by the name of Jeremy Moore, and hands down, he's truly on top of his game! We started with a conversation about my background, goals, values, and expectations, and ever since then, the man has been relentless in getting me in front of employers for interviews. What I like about Jeremy's approach is that it's never forced either. He'll tell me what he has available or what he'd like to submit me for and run it through me first and gives me the option to decide - that's a level of respect to be valued. We were successful in finding me a role that could lead to a potential hire-on and a possible career path. I think it only took about one month or less for him to find me an assignment from the many he had available that I declined because they weren't what I was looking for; Jeremy was more than understanding and only wanted to put me in something I really wanted. At the very least, being on this assignment keeps my skills and responsibilities current, prevents gaps on my resume, and money in my pocket. I sent my resume via email after seeing an ad on Indeed. I have had no luck with staffing agencies in the past but a mom must feed her fur babies so I was willing to try anyway.
