Ultra Baby 3D 4D 5D Ultrasound Studio, Fairfield CA

I loved my experience with my ultrasound! I even got the teddy bear with my daughter’s heartbeat on it. Our tech was lovely I hate I forgot her name. My baby was ready and I made sure to follow instructions and not drink soda or coffee the week leading up to my appt and being well hydrated! Loved loved loved my experience! Thank you!

I am a 4th time returning customer to Ultra Baby and today has been my worse experience. I'm 35 weeks and I booked the $59 session which is 5 minutes of ultrasound time. I came with the expectation of not only getting great photos but being able to see the gender of my baby. My baby wouldn't turn his/her face so after 5 mins of trying to get a clear view of my baby, Christina voiced out loud that we were "past time" and joked about getting angry if the baby wouldn't move in which I told her I could reschedule in hopes of a better session. She proceeded to try to get the baby to move anyhow and after I voiced my disappointment with getting 8 pictures of the same shot for $59+ and not being able to determine the baby's gender, she went on to say that she thought I would have appreciated "scanning me for double the session time" and getting a "sneak peek" of 3D in which I neither asked for nor cared for and mind you, it's just a simple click of a button to switch back and forth to 3D so I'm not sure why she wanted a pat on the back for that. It's appalling that she thinks she did me a favor with "doubling" the session time because the only other option would have been to take my money and say sorry that the baby wouldn't show his/her face. She told me that they stop determining the gender at 20 weeks but nowhere in the package that I selected does it say that they exclude that scan or only do scans of facial features because had it said that, I would not have booked it. She lacked professionalism and empathy and provided poor customer service. Her only goal was to justify herself, she cared less about the experience I had today and did nothing to provide a resolution. I will not be returning neither will I recommend this establishment to friends as long as she is manager.

We were treated so kindly, even though our baby was covering his face our tech worked with us to try to get him to come out! Such an awesome experience!
