Decent, small playground for younger kids. Wide open green areas, baseball field. Nothing mind-blowing, but a decent area to run your dogs or play with your kids.

The City of Sacramento needs to get its act together and maintain its ballfields. The softball field is in very poor shape; it's littered with holes and the dirt is basically powder, especially around home plate. So dangerous. Plus there aren't bathrooms because they took them out because of the homeless problem. I cant believe they charge our league to play here. Shameful.

My wunderdog Sequoia, and I come to this park almost on a daily basis. It's one of the best parks to let your dog run free. She's not really a dog she's a little girl in a dogs costume.
I digress. It's a pretty safe Park if you're aware of your surroundings at all times.
I'm always there drawing

I'm sure there are things that could make you review a park with less than 5 stars, but those things are very limited, and they don't seem to exist here. Grab a blanket or beach towel and get ready, summer is right around the corner and this park is one of many in the greater Sacramento area that you can enjoy with virtually anyone. Like, literally, I'm sure parks are EXCELLENT for enjoying a little VR action as well. So with that being said, get outdoors and live a little. (:

The first time I visited Grant Park was during the night when a softball game was happening. At night with the tall lights and fresh air made it seem so magical!

Nice place to relax in the bleachers take a baseball game in the summertime also soccer played there a nice place for you take your dog to get exercise to have a little picnic shade trees all around the park and a nice playground for your little ones to have fun it's also enclosed with a fence also Grant Park is located in a nice neighborhood in Sacramento.

It's very spacious & is a good place for outdoor recreations. The only issue is there is no longer any restrooms.
