The wildest hot dogs. Definitely some wrong choices on the menu but once you figure out which one you like, it's great.
I just wish the buns were bigger, there's 0 chance you can eat one of these with any level of grace or neatness

Wow. Our first time there on Sunday nite.we ordered, didn't even have to wait long for our food. Took ours to go, got home and Chowed down. The Hotdogs were amazing Delicious. We will be back and Really Highly Recommend Umai Hotdogs to everyone!

Dont go to a hot dog spot with high expectations.but after leaving this place your bar might be a lot higher. Lots of great sausage options and amazing flavor profiles. Generous portions.

Delicious food, fast service, and friendly staff! Wish I was in town longer so I could come back, everything on the menu looked amazing. The cheese sticks are a must-try.

I ordered the Bulgogi Dog, Nashy Boy, Brisket Sliders, Mozzarella Sticks and chili cheese fries. First off the Mozzarella stick is unique as it is battered with a corn dog like breading and it is very large and served in a stick. You can get a choice of dips, I chose marinara and I would order it again. A solid 8/10. Only reason it didn't score higher was the thickness of the batter. The Brisket sliders were also delicious and a solid 8.5/10. The Bulgogi Dog was also solid. It could have used a little more acid, but I think that is just the nature of having a larger hotdog. I feel like the flavor gets a little lost with size of the Dog, but the over all flavor was good. 8/10. I also tried the Nashy Boy which is a Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich topped with pickles and slaw and sauce. The chicken was crisp and the heat was a medium spicy. It was cooked perfectly and made me want more bites. I will definitely be trying to reheat the left overs tomorrow on this sandwich. Solid 9/10. The fries on the other hand were a bit off. First of all they have a Texas Style Chili but add beans which makes the texture and flavor a little odd. They also put the cheese under the chili.which allows it to melt more easily, but when you put the cheese under the chili it also mutes the flavor or the cheese. I could see it had cheese but I literally could not taste it. It had a bit of a burned flavor and would be better if you put hot sauce on it, but on its own it's a 5/10 but the fries were a good price at 6.50 so I'm not mad. Over all I would definitely go back to this restaurant and I can't wait to try their Bulgogi Fries.

They take custom got dogs to the extreme! I came here 1st time out of curiosity. Came here 2nd, 3rd, and 4th time because nobody makes dogs like they do. One is enough but I always get 2 because they have so many choices and I want to try them all!

Thus was my second time there. Definitely somewhere I'd go again. The food is great. The service is great. Even the suggestions from the manager on what to try was perfect. I had one of their specialty hot dogs and spicy garlic noodles. Loved it!

Lots of ethic variety and fusion for their hot dogs and burgers! I’m not really a hot dog person, but they have so many unique combinations I want to try them all. Todays my third day back and I haven’t had a bad one yet. Next time, I might have to venture out and try a burger.

Went there after reading all the positive reviews. I can't deny the fact that their hot dogs are genuinely tasty but the customer service is not good. They asked us to place the take out order since they were gonna close in about 20 mins or so but they let the next person to dine in. Oh please don't even think about getting chicken sandwiches here, they make good hot dogs tho

This place is great they have a lot of variety and very tasty, the service was really slow but besides that everything was very good

Great hotdogs with creative yet delicious combinations. Staff were nice but lacked some napkins… which was hard because eating these dogs could be messy.

Food is great, as long as they don’t forget your order, or mess it up. Tables where also sprayed down for cleaning, with cleaning solution spraying over guests and their food, which is unacceptable.

Like how pizza got reimagine to be a blank canvas for unique flavors, Umai does it with hot dogs. Great ingredients, unique flavor combinations, and excellent execution.

Did they Kyoto hot dogs, chicken wings, and chili cheese fries. All bomb. Definitely will be back.

The food is just not as good as it used to be. Last time I went my brisket fries were very stale and cold. Decided to give it another chance months later, and the wings were so oily that the sauce slid right off of them so I didn’t really get to enjoy them either.

A hot dog is just a hot dog, but Umai elevates the modest hot dog to another level. Forget weinerschnitzel or Korean corn dogs or even Costco. Sure, it's pricier, but they flavors and textures are worth it. I have eaten here a handful of times and as of right now the bulgogi dog is my favorite

They were super short-staffed (on memorial day) and had customers place their orders/pay on a touch screen kiosk by the front. Most of the menu items were unavailable (dogs only) and people seemed confused and frustrated by the process because it wasn't clear (despite a small sign next to the unused register). A clearly printed sign on the front door would have been more helpful.

There was also issues with the draft beer taps.they are probably due for maintenance and line cleaning because it tasted a bit funky.

Despite all this, the food we ordered for dine-in (eventually) came out tasty and prepared with care. I felt bad for the employees as they were nice and doing their best.but were a bit overwhelmed. I imagine there will be other not-so-great reviews based on the limited staff and long wait. They honestly would have been better-off not opening on the holiday.

We’re just visiting the area and made a stop. What a unique restaurant. The service was amazing. That guy out front was really busting his butt cleaning tables and taking orders. We got a Nashville chicken sandwich and a Hawaiian hot dog and the parm garlic noodles. Everything came out hot and delicious. The chicken sandwich was spicy but great! If I’m around this place again I’d pop in. Thanks!
