If I could I would have this place shut down. Doesn't deserve to practice medicine particularly psychiatry or psychology to any of his patients or anyone who's going here. Terrible, awful, discriminatory, prejudice, lack of empathy and judgmental towards homeless. My dad was on his deathbed and these people made my situation tenfold worse if you value your mental health you will not go here there is literally one doctor here who is reliable whose name is Sonny don't go to Renee klee I told her and Dr Benjamin Lloyd my problems regarding my mental health in the past and they literally made them worse so worse that I tried to kill myself three times while going here. Again do not go here!

I LOVE There Variety Of Support Groups, Individual Face-To-Face/One-On-One Counseling & Zoom Video Support Groups For Substance Abuse & Mental Health At All 4 Of The Buildings Here! There's Plenty Of Parking Spots Available. They Have Other Locations That Specializes In Co-Occuring Treatment Program (COTP). Two Locations That I Know Of Have Homeless Resources, Housing Assistance & Employment Assistance.

This place is currently causing me more problems, far more problems than it is solving. How? Jay, male supervisor told me not to depend on housing, when housing is my last hope to get it together. Jay said the housing system is broken, meaning it doesn't work. Why do these people work with a system that fails clients? I feel like "Checking Out"I'm 35years sober, having a college degree with great p work experience. I have no job. Currently, I'm on disability, having several illnesses: They are PTSD, Autism, Pancreatitus, Charcot Marie Tooth Disease (A neuromuscular disease), a bad right hip needing replacement, Asthma and COPD. I also had 4 tumors removed from my intestines. I'm 59 living Iiving in My car. I have an Autistic son, and a wife who has had heart that could soon lose their housing. My ankles swell up every night. This agency does nothing to help me with communicating to SHRA. SHRA provides housing and and Shelter Plus Care vouchers for people who need housing. The only thing this agency did was help me fill out the initial application. They refuse to communicate with this agency on my behalf beyond the application. Before I became homeless, this agency paid our rent for a few months. That's more abusive than helping. If I can get housing, I can be a productive member of society and eventually get a job again. Yet, I don't think this agency is interested in my success in that area either. I've been a client of this agency off and on for 20 years. They haven't done enough to improve the human condition of their clients. Yet, they are sure they're to collect their paychecks and counseling hours to be able to open up the room counseling practices in the future. They're quick to give you meds to try and solve your problem, when medication often is not the problem.

Would be great if I could schedule the appointment I need

The staff at this location seems unfamiliar with how phones and voicemails work, as they never answer the phone or return voicemails.
