Uni-Kool Co, Salinas CA

Lack of communication in the office. Been here 3 hours for a first come first serve. Called and they said we didn’t check in. Paperwork was shuffled to bottom of pile. Bad job guys.

Lots of parking and pretty busy. I showed up at 8am for an appointment. Took all day long. I didn't leave until 730pm. It was frustrating and they didn't have a clue what was going on. When dispatch called them they said that they didn't even have uni-kool at the facility. It was nothing but a Hassel

Check-in office people are very, very rude. They thinking about themselves like they own this place. Trying to checking in 3 hours before my appointment, they start yelling like I did something very bad, throw back to me check in sheet and yelling, come back at your appointment. OMG In my 20+ years driving a truck, I never, never see something like this. But good thing, parking is big.

The employees are ok, the portable toilets need to go, hot and, bring food you will wait especially for strawberries, parking available

If you’re on time for your appointment you’ll most likely get assigned a door right away. I’ll be happy to pick up from this cooler again.

It’s a happy or sad situations here, sometimes you got lucky but most of the time you have to suffer 4-5 hours of wait. Tip: - Check-in opens at sharp 8: 00 am make sure you be here at that time.
