My appointment was at 3: 15pm and I arrived at 3: 14pm and checked in at 3: 16pm. Waited for almost 45 mins and no one come call me until 4pm. (And I have walked into the front desk 3 times during the 45 mins to check and ask and they just told me to keep waiting) I am changing my vet for sure

Long wait times inspite of appointments. Once they take your pet in, they are efficient. Miss a little bit of the personal touch when Dr. Kang used to come out and talk to you for a min or so about the condition of your pet.

Only giving one star because the staff and doctors are very friendly and actually care about your pet. However, if you value your time, you're better off finding another veterinary practice. If your appointment is anything past 9: 30am, you're pretty much guaranteed to wait over an hour to be seen - even for something as simple as vaccinations. And they provide no explanations as to why. They constantly overbook their appointments that I don't think there has ever been a time where I did not wait over an hour for my appointment. I think after tolerating this for 2 years now and seeing absolutely no improvement, it's time to find somewhere else to go. I highly recommend this practice's administration to evaluate how much they can really handle and stop booking appointments that they can't agree to. It's so disrespectful of everyone's time.

My dogs have been patients here for many many years, the care they provide is good no complaints but the wait lately has been long. For a scheduled appointment plan on being seen 30 mins after you arrive also plan on being there for over an hour. Pets get the care they need so gotta take the good with the not so good.

My ongoing complaint with this issue is the fact that they are always running significantly late. I always make sure I come here with an appointment, but I've never had them be less than 30 minutes late. And I've waited over 45 minutes on occasion. The service isn't exactly cheap here and while the staff is competent and they offer full service, they don't seem to have a lot of respect for anybody's time except for their own.

I feel very guilty after taking my good boy Jason to this clinic for teeth cleaning. Jason was in good health condition, with no problem at all until he had teeth cleaning and teeth extraction from this clinic. When reaching home after teeth extraction, Jason was in so bad condition, with diahrea, and vomiting and he no eats at all. I took him back there for following up. They suggested he needs a radiologic 3-way, which costs almost $1,000. I agreed with all their recommendations. Total 2 times visits to the UNI PET clinic cost $2,300. But Jason even gets worse after the 2nd-time visit, he still did not eat and got so weak. I took him to Beacon Vet Emergency, but it was late. He's gone. I am shocked and heartbroken. I had to take him to the emergency clinic for the 2nd time instead of still trusted to this UNI PET clinic.

It happened too fast, over 2 weeks since Jason got teeth extraction. If I didn't take Jason there for teeth cleaning, may he still be alive.

And one more thing, they often recommend a blood test or ultrasounds, or radiologic even you take your pet there for vaccinations.

Here is the picture of my very good boy Jason. He died over 2 weeks after teeth cleaning and teeth extraction. Believe it or not?

Please beware, do not go here, they are an unhonest pet clinic that I've ever seen in my life.

Perhaps I am a greedy pet owner, but knowing how much is the cost of removing a four centimeter lipoma on a 15 lb.dog really leaves me speechless!
The initial lab paid at $300, then a consultation plus a CBC asked $288. Last bill estimated at $2125 when returning the third trip for the procedure. The total amount end up to remove a fat cell is $ 2713!
You'll be the judge!

I have had 3 experiences like this one I had yesterday.

I would rate this place a zero today, but I cannot because the vetanarian assistance are great. The rest of it needs to improve. Here is what I went through yesterday. My appointment was at 4: 00 pm. I checked in at 3: 50 pm. The person at the counter was rude to me. Strike one; no big deal; I am used to people being rude towards me. At 4: 37 p.m. They called me to talk about my pet. They took him in and about 30 minutes later they came out with a list of 14 things they wanted to do. They did tell me I could refuse any of the things on the list, but come on. It was over $1,200.00. Then I sat in my car waiting. Oh did I mention the waiting room holds a max of 7 people. I counted at one point 13 pets waiting with their owners outside. They had around 6 chairs outside for people to sit on. I finally went in and talked with the Doctor and he explained a few more things they thought would help with diognosis, so $150 charge on top of the $1,200.00. I paid my bill and then I sat there for a long time. I finally got home at 6: 45 pm. I left my home at 3: 45 pm. THAT'S UNACCEPTABLE AND I AM NOW LOOKING FOR A NEW VET. Anyone have a recomendation?

Arrived on time for my appointment but still had to wait outside for 40min. The appointment was for my cat’s vaccination, which I believe can be done very quick. It costs me $90 for a single shot of FVRCP which is definitely more than what I expected. Staff were friendly though.

Communication was totally off the day we brought our lil guy there who unfortunately passed away on the way home after we were told to go back n pick him up.

My girlfriend usually brings our cats here but today was the first time I came with her. Would not recommend mainly because the wait time is ridiculous. Not sure the point of accepting appointments if you aren’t going to even attempt to see your client around that time.

If you have 1 hour to waste then this is the place for you! They made us wait about 45 minutes outside and then they finally brought us in. Then we had the lovely pleasure of waiting another 20 minutes once we went inside.

Staff seemed pleasant enough. Doc was nice.

Showed up 10 minutes early for my dog's appointment, and ended up waiting for 30 minutes past his scheduled appointment time before they finally called him in. They gave no indication that they were running behind whatsoever, the least they could do is let you know once you check in. I would understand if this was a one-time thing, but I've now brought my dog here multiple times and never had him seen at the actual time of his appointment - every time I have had to wait at least 10 minutes.

What is the point of appointments if you don't see your patients even remotely close to their scheduled time? It's really not that hard to keep a schedule. I won't be coming back anymore after this time.

This clinic is the worst I've dealt with, extremely rude staff, they will hang up on you or put you on hold indefinitely, never to return. If they treat their customers this bad openly just imagine what they do to our pets behind closed doors. Beware!
