$hitty workers and environment
The “doctors” need professional classes and to retake any schooling they if EVER took
Specific doctors need to see an actual doctor because they NEED HELP
I’m so confused how this place is even standing with all the tackiness that goes on

Staff isnt the worst but def could be better. Drs need more training, as one told me "it might be _ im not sure but it looks like it. " So i got treated for something that MIGHT be it. Been here multiple times. When i needed a copy of my history apparently they never had a record of me coming here.

I had a mini stroke and was admitted to the hospital for 5 days. So I went for a hospital follow up and i seen Dr Paley at unicare for the first time during that visit he repeatedly told me I did not have a stroke he also told me "You should be in a nursing home drooling on your self" when I would try to talk or express how I felt he would put his hand up as to stop talking and tell me to stop talking because he was typing. I had been at unicare for 10 years and I immediately changed my doctor after this visit. I left the clinic feeling worse then I did walking in.

Long wait times, go somewhere else. Still waiting on a “doctor” or nurse practitioner, 2 hours later…

Doctors and PAs are great. However, the staff is very unprofessional and unorganized they single handedly ruin the experience for any patient. Will not be returning.

If I could give it a 0 star I would
I had an appointment at 12 pm with 3 kids
I didn’t leave unti 5: 15 it was just horrible the people in front don’t like to answer questions and are very rude and I wish once they would pick up the phone
This place needs good management

Terrible experience. I had an appointment scheduled, confirmation, and everything and I get to the place and no one was there. Called the number listed and I was hung up on twice after explaining my situation. Rude and incompetent with no regard for anyone else’s time.

Worst mother flipping place I’ve ever been to this place doesn’t even deserve a star. Front desk ladies are beyond rude. Forget about making an appointment because if you make a medical appointment you end up waiting atleast 2 hours at the minimum. Make you schedule an appointment for what could be said in a phone call. They are incredibly hard to get a hold of, they hang up on you, and again are RUDE! They bag on Kaiser but let me tell you I never had issues when I was at Kaiser this place makes you fight to get your health checked I have to go to urgent care for a basic issue or check up because getting ahold of this place and not wasting an entire day is impossible.

This clinic is big on wasting your time. Even with an appointment, you're looking at a 1.5-3 HR wait for a literal 5 min doctor visit. That is, IF you see a doctor, more likely a nurse practitioner. All the reviews concerning the front desk staff are ABSOLUTELY TRUE. It seems in order to be hired there, they give them a questionnaire that probably looks like this:
1. Can you have an attitude w/patients as early as 9am?
2. Do you know how to be irritated by simply answering the phone?
3. Can you check a patient in & forget they exist for at least an hour?
4. Can you state the clinic's policy to several patients at once in the rudest manner possible?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, you're immediately hired!
Save yourself the headache and head to the Walnut St or Pomona locations. Your sanity will appreciate it!
