Surprisingly, a very good place to unload. Had half a trailer and they were done before I could finish my game. Check in was kinda convoluted with lack of street parking and different hands in the game, but overall the quick unload make up for minor difficulty

Not too bad kind of a hit and miss place. Some days they unload fast some days they don’t. Some docks are pretty tight especially when they like to pack trucks in there.

Crowded, tight and slow.
Lumpers are slow and disorganized.
Two hours at door and they just started.

To check in at this place you have to go through security, white tent that check your temperature, receiving office and lumper office. Everybody and i mean everybody was rude and talking too me like I’m trash. Worst place i have ever been too.

This example describes my experience at this facility and the work effort this staff projects. After a long 4 hour process, (i only had 6 pallets on my trailer), I walk over to the man at the booth to check our and as he sees me approach he leaves and closes his door behind him, I’m sitting here for 15 minutes waiting until he finally feels like getting back to work and doing what he is being PAID to do. Unacceptable.
People are getting paid to be lazy, mediocre and inconsiderate. That’s the impression your employees give off.

If I could give it zero stars I would, everything from their check our process to their lumper service, it’s very rare I have experienced so bad that I go out of my way to write a poor review, but this company doesn’t care for the drivers that deliver here or the time we end up losing and wasting because of the mediocre effort they put into their work. Something needs to change.

OVERNIGHT PARKING! Everyone knows how I feel about that. Yeah, it’s street parking, but it’s shoulder parking, not median parking, and the parking spots are like the check in, first come first served. I had a 1000 appointment, checked in @ 0515, and was docked up by 0545. I’m not 100% sure what time check in starts, because there was already drivers waiting to check in. Personnel are nice and friendly. Not much to complain about from this driver!

Like any other grocery dc unloading it about average depending on what you delivering. Downside you got park on street no sidewalks and walk to check in twice. Also there's a mexican restaurant for food if you want something to eat across from them.

1 pallet, almost 3 hours, 99$ lumper fee. Tight docks, must park on the street and then check-in. One positive moment is people were nice.

Why 3 stars cuz of no parking.very tight space between docks. However if possible are early the night before if appointment is In morning. They start checking in at 5am. It's kind of first come first serve. Bathrooms available 24 hours. Security and staff nice people. If need help while docking ask another driver to stand outside for assistance. This way you dont hit another truck. Again tight street parking and docks. When arrived park on street walk to guards.

1 park your truck on the street
2 check in at security
3 check in at window, receive door #
4 go back to your truck on the street and check in at security, after park yor truck on the door.

Obviously, like 99.9% of shippers/receivers, no one ever reads these reviews, but here goes anyway. All the other negative reviews are spot on. Park outside, walk to guard, check in with the pink-haired manatee that seems to avoid movement at any cost, then walk just as far inside, to check in AGAIN (while standing in freezing cold-they have check-in type windows for the same office room outside the cooler, but let's not use THOSE so the drivers can hate us even more). Walk back out to the truck, wait for phone call. Get a door, but if it's to the left of the entrance/gate DO NOT go left, go right and then back up a hundred yards-there is NO ROOM to turn around so if you go left you will be blind-siding a Stupid Tight dock. Backing in is hard enough, no room in front of you, and docks where your open doors nearly rub the other open doors once you're in. Archaic paperwork system (the 1970's called, they want it back), Capstone lumpers, which says it all. If COSTCO can do it so good, what excuse do these dumps have?

If ur appointment is at 6 am then ur in game.do not pull up to gate or u will b ran off by guard. Arrive early and find a spot to park on street. Then walk from wherever u Parked to guard shack. Probably drivers start lining up by 5.30.then go inside building and check in n they give u door. BACKING BE IS TIGHT. N VERY TIGHT if u have to back between two trucks and not just the trailers. B very careful when pulling out too. Even a little pivot will hit their trailers. 159 is lumper for full truck load. Arrived at 12 am for 6 appointment. They said appointment is at 8. Got the door at 10 was out by 12.15

Street parking but will have to walk a ways to check in at the gate. Talk about tight spots. Saw 3 trailers been hit since being here, watch that over swing and ask for help if you need it I know I did.
