When I tried to cancel my company's contract with Aramark uniform service because Aramark was consistently not coming through on delivering clean and adequate numbers of uniforms, Aramark said I need to buy out of my contract and pay "liquidated damages" of thousands dollars. Aramark's contracts are extremely favorable to them and completely screws businesses even though Aramark does not fulfill its obligations.
