From out of town working on local fires. Laundry service in base camp lost my pants and two day of underclothes. Call this place in the middle of the night to figure out store hours and location. Someone answers the phone. I shared my story.he asks when can I get there? Made it back out to the fire line on time in great pair of clean pants and another to spare! Thanks Steve!

Not the best customer service, staff were short and abrasive. Prices aren't nearly as competitive as online retail. I took a shirt in to have an alteration 7 days ago, still not done. In my experience, this type of alteration takes all of about 30-45 min depending on experience level. My recommendation is to buy your products online, then go to an seamstress bor alterations shop and have your work done there.

Great uniform store for Cal Fire uniforms. They carry both Flying Cross and Workrite. Awesome employees and service.

The guy in the plaid shirt that just sits behind the counter & yells at little kids like he’s their parent should not have a job.
The guy had the nerve to try to discipline my little brother like he was his father.
I shut that down real quick.

Everyone saying the owner was rude/sexist. I witnessed the man who owns it working hard to take care of a female guest before he even said 2 words to me. I waited patiently knowing he was working hard, the girl left satisfied and he did his best with me as well. Very polite, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Owner was rude and sexist. He was lighthearted, laughing, and incredibly helpful with two men while I was in the store but the second I asked a question he couldn't even make eye contact. Was dismissive and kept telling me to not put anything I tried on back where I found it because i would "only mess everything up". The store only had one style of pants that I needed, and I told him that they fit me weird and his response was "Ive been selling them to everyone else, so not my problem" RUDE. I drove all the way to Sac to get pants and the people there were super helpful! They told me the issue I was having with the other style is quite common. Avoid this place at all costs, not worth the frustrating visit.
