I been going to this place a couple years, never had a problem. Wasn't til the owners' son handled my service that I had a missing shirt. Luckily I went back and they "found" it. Sad to say my trust has been broken won't be going back.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. 2.) They don’t know how to properly dry clean
Zero customer service. DO NOT dry clean your clothes here because they will ruin and put a lot of damage on ur clothes. I got my brand new clothes back looking old and In really bad condition. They also smelled disgusting.it’s disorganized and a mess in there I should have never went there after seeing that big mess. I questioned my clothes because they had streaks in them and some clothes had a strong scent. And they guy snaps like a mad man.my expensive black work slacks were pressed wrong & now have white streaks. He Snapped on me & started screaming saying take ur clothes, I don’t have to offer you service and I don’t care about your service. I could tell he was crazy just by looking him. Don’t waste your money and time. I wasn’t refunded for my damaged clothes. The worst dry cleaners I have ever been too. Ghetto and handles situations poorly.
