Union Square reviews
13 Union Square located in the center town of San Fransisco, its public plaza and indentic with shopping centre in SF city.
It is becoming major tourist destination and surronding area are department store, mall, gift shop, brand collection store.
The union square it self, clean and cozy for gather together with family or froends.
It's a nice spot of the city, I would recommend to have a look from the last floor of the Macy's store!
The Macy's is nice a bit cleaner than most of the surrounding area the Westin St Francis is decent too
A wide selection of shops a majority are high end luxury brands. A good place to find that special gift for someone or yourself! There’s also street entertainment in the centre which was nice to watch.
No public restrooms so you have to rely on an establishment you visit.
Great location! Nice views, restaurants and surroundings in general. Must see place in the city.
Strategic place perfectly distributing this magical city of San Francisco. Concentration of stops for tourist buses.
Pedestrian square in the heart of San Francisco, surrounded by high fashion shops and big brands.
Personally I think that a city like SF has better things to see
Union square is great. Peaceful, on the weekdays. Open on the weekends, tables and chairs available and live music on the weekends and sometimes at lunch. I would recommend this area.
Very nice square, especially worth going up to the top of Macys and taking photos from there and eating at the cheesecake factory.
It now borders a infamous and embarrassing area for the city of SF but remains one of the beating hearts of the city
We stayed at the hotel in this area and we made a good choice. There are lively and beautiful brand stores during the day. After 18.00 in the evening, everything closes and some places start to get quiet, even if they are open. You have to be careful.
Union Square used to be a very popular destination for travelers, but due to the pandemic and increased issues in the area, it has lost much of the draw that it used to have.
Still, it's picturesque, and there are some great stores, restaurants, attractions, and views to see that are definitely worth checking out.
What a pleasure the Union Square was. We got picnic items at Trader Joe's a block away. It was a sunny day with a table and chairs in the square. There were skate boarders who entertained us. The blossoming yellow tulip tree was beautiful in the background. We were surrounded by the best stores and the Westin Hotel. Nice people walking by and asking us to use chairs when we're about to leave. A memory that was great to have!
