UNIQLO Great Mall, Milpitas CA

I don't understand why this store has a sub 5 star rating. I find it perfect in every way, the staffs are nice and helpful, merchandises are neatly displayed, store is nice and clean, and prices are great (i guess all uniqlo products have affordable prices). I live 10 min drive from Great Mall and i always visit this Uniqlo during the weekends.

Very organized during the week but horrible during weekends.fitting room is always packed but finding sizes are hard.i asked a staff member to help to look for a size for me, he went to go look but never came back.then i saw him at the register ringing.i thought i had accidentally asked a customer for help but it turns out the staff just forgot about me!

Awesome service, great prices and quality clothing. I like that the employees will remind you to sign up via email to get your discount, so helpful. I appreciate someone who cares.
A great selection on outerwear for winter and not a bad clearance selection either. I wish I had more time to look around instead of the 15 minutes to pick out a coat for the upcoming storm I am traveling to. A great place to shop for the whole family with great prices and styles.

Good price & good quality, staff are friendly, but do expect long queue in cashier especially on weekends

Uniqlo has become my favorite store for shopping jackets and casuals. The quality of the dresses is incomparable and it has a solid variety of Jackets in a lot of different colours. Along with great collection for women, they have nice collection for men as well. Best thing is that they are completely affordable!

Huge selection of clothing made of quality material at reasonable prices. The staff is helpful, but can be overwhelmed during peak shopping periods. Each piece of clothing may come in a good variety of colours, so there are a fair amount of options presented to you as the shopper. And be on the lookout for sales and promotional deals as thus will make your spending money go further.

Excellent value for money. Very good quality stuff and reasonable prices. The shirts and winterwear were very good.the price is reasonable and plenty of options available. Considering it is in outlet mall offers were very good and typically good discounts. Good place to shop with lots of options.

Wonderful store, the material quality is top-notch, sale prices are hard to pass up. They seem to always have something new that's interesting.

Love Uniqlo! Great staff! All were very helpful. I loved the prices too. Found a lot of items on sale. Uniqlo has a good cost benefit ratio to me. Also like the quality of the clothes and the style.
