I’d like to say it was a great and amazing experience, but that wouldn’t be the actual truth.

Did I buy a car from them? Yes! An awesome Mini Cooper S 2018 Countryman in awesome condition. Low miles and sweet specs. Low tire though, but they fixed it instantly.

I started by doing my research and calling ahead. Chatted with Augie? !? And he did not fail on that excellent customer service we all talk about in these reviews. Yes I read all the reviews. The good and the bad.

I knew going in there would be some hustle on their part, but I was wrong.
I got fair credit so honestly, then financing me was a blessing. I told them what I could afford and they worked it out to the dollar.

I’m more impressed and satisfied with the outcome and would def buy another car from Unigue Auto Center again.

Great Services. Auggie and the team was cordial and really helpful. Went above and beyond to help us get the car we want it. I would totally recommend this place.

Things went well for the most part. We were asked to wait for the car to be driven over from another lot across the street. While waiting we were offered a seat in the shade and a chilled bottle of water. We were allowed to inspect the car and take it for a very short test drive. The stated list price was $7,495 but it was changed later to $7,672 without notice or explanation by Luis, who waited on us while Auggie was with another customer. Auggie who was our original contact, was very cordial, professional and patient. Since the spare tire had a severely bent rim and large gash hole in the tire, essentially useless, I asked for a usable spare. We were referred to their tire service affiliate to receive a usable one. My husband sealed the deal, got copies of paperwork, and posed for a photo which was to be sent to us. The experience was overall very nice.

BEWARE! Sold us a lemon! We have had the car for less than a month and it has a bad oil leak, which they hid. The a/c compressor is making noise. The intake boot was wrapped in electrical tape which they would have had to remove the part to wrap it. They should have replaced it while it was out, it was a $15 part. The engine mounts all need to be replaced, you can feel the vibrations. The alternator is failing. Got a check engine light from oil leak, crankshaft position sensor intermentent. Had to use breaker bar to get oil plug out. BRING YOUR OWN MECHANIC! THEY ARE CROOKS ESPECIALLY THEIR MECHANIC. I am going to look for a lawyer!

Very good dealership. We found the necessary car that could be considered reliable and useful and Maria was very helpful throughout the process of getting the car. Would recommend.

Terrible experience- stear clear of this dealer. We purchased a used 2012 Honda Civic for my elderly mother a few weeks ago under the premise that it would be reliable. A week after purchasing it started experiencing severe oil leaks. Come to find out a boot with a hole had been covered up with electrical tape (it was removed and taped all the way around) and all lights on the dash came up giving a code for issues with the engine. It's clear they mickey moused the vehicle and did what they needed to, to sell and get rid off the lot. What's unfortunate is that they do this, smile in your face, shake your hand knowing your driving away with a vehicle doomed to fall apart. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I'll be reporting this to the better business bureau.

Unique Auto Center. Buying a car from their lot today was an easy step by step process. There wasn’t any complications getting a car I liked and going on to purchasing the vehicle. They’re nice respectful and well communicated with your customers, with all your needs and questions answered. I’d definitely recommend people and friends to check out their services when purchasing a vehicle.

Got a pre approval for a vehicle, advised the rep that I live in Arizona, was told that was fine and to submit a hard application… Just to be told by sales manager that they don’t work with out of state? Geez thanks for the hard inquiry for nothing, then was told the initial sales rep was “new” so she wasn’t aware of that. Shady sales practices.

Maria was very helpful choosing a car. She was very friendly and made us feel comfortable buying our new car.

I had a great experience, it was an easy process and we had Maria as a great help. She assisted us throughout the process and helped us with the car financing and registration.

My partner and I came in as first time buyers. We had Maria walk us through our options she was very friendly and extremely helpful in finding what we needed and within our budget. Luis helped in finalizing our deal and educated/gave us insight on financing. Overall we had a smooth experience, their customer service was wonderful! Would def come back in the future.
