Pros: excellent in terms of speed

Cons: the manager/owner is rude, and lacks good etiquette. If you don't go with her passive-aggressive "suggestion", she would loudly say "whatever". She is almost always in a rush, so I don't recommend getting a haircut with her.

Good haircut, just like what I got in China for years. However, it is shockingly expensive at $35 for a newcomer like me.

Best buzz/fade haircut around. Best value hands down. I go with Amy but everyone is really good so i never miss a buzz even when Amy is on vacation.

Annie has given my son haircuts for a few months and she rocks. Today she was off and this other girl cut his hair and she ruined it so bad!

[Update] it takes a lot of maturity to receive a bad review. I gave them 2 stars but still went back one more time, two weeks ago, you know, Annie was doing an awesome job for all these months. Annie cuts my son's hair one more time, but she (and the others) wants to make sure we are uncomfortable. Teasing and so on.

I will keep the two stars because I think it's fair and they did nothing good to try to raise it up. We found another place already.

Got a great and quick haircut for me and my 9 year old son. After the cut, Kim washed my hair and then touched up a few places with an electric razor.

Horrible customer service by Thi Chuong. Did not want to listen to what type of haircut I wanted and wanted to go as fast as possible to fit two customers within 20 minutes.

I always get my hair cut here. Annie N is great - she remembers me and the little things that I prefer with my haircut.

I went for a walk-in and was greeted right away. I believe Annie had helped me. I was there to fix a previous haircut, and she did a fantastic job. She confirmed what I wanted at each part of the cut before starting to cut and took more time to blend it all than I typically see at any shop. I’m very impressed with the level of service.

Consistently good men’s haircut for $30 and with so many stylists it’s easy to get an appointment. Appointments can be booked online. I look forward to coming back for a long time.

Very poor service and they are always in a hurry to finish and literally takes 15 mins for a cut. Very disappointed and not worth going back again.
