Been here 3x already. I really love the experience overall. Very nice and communicative techs, its really cute inside, the samples are a sweet gesture, and the room is comfortable and great for guests. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because on my third visit, the front desk seemed very unorganized and untrained and the ultrasound seemed rushed after waiting an hour. Hoping mt experience is better, like the first two visits because I will be back again

Went here with my daughters on Saturday. It was their birthdays, and they're both pregnant! I have never seen the 3d/4d before, and it was AMAZING! Nadya was great, and she even helped my soon to be son in law propose! I highly recommend!

Loved this place! Sweet staff and a great experience learning our baby is a girl with my family there in the room! Highly recommend!

Traumatic experience:

I got an ultrasound at 8 weeks because my obgyn called out sick the day of my first appointment. I went in and had my ultrasound and they called in the lead tech and said they couldn't locate anything (a sac, fetal pole, heartbeat etc.) They told me U had an empty sac and it wasn't a viable pregnancy. They also said I could wait it out for my body to do it's thing or come back in another week or go to the hospital. They were kind enough to refund us which is something I do appreciate about my experience here.

Moving forward, I went to my obgyn a week later after spending a week in emotional turmoil thinking I lost my baby. I deleted my notes with baby names and my registry because I was trying to heal from the pain. Low and behold I saw my baby perfectly healthy on the screen with a heartbeat! Now I'm processing the fact I AM pregnant all over again. It was told to me by my doctor and another ultrasound technician that Unique could have missed my baby due to not looking hard enough, their equipment being older and using an external machine, or my tilted uterus. Regardless, I was told they should have given me the measurements of my sac and either done or recommended an internal ultrasound and that this emotional rollercoaster could have been prevented.

If you are in your first trimester I HIGHLY recommend somewhere that does internal ultrasounds to avoid the awful experience I had.

This place is amazing. We went for our first scan at 6 weeks and the staff was so incredibly nice and friendly. The room has a huge tv in front of you so you can see everything. The tech took her time and we didn’t feel rushed at all. We went back for a second opinion after our first OB appointment (which left a lot of unanswered questions). The staff was super great and empathetic. I felt much more comfortable and heard here than I did with my own doctor. Will most definitely be coming back in the future.

They were so nice and worked with us getting good 3D pictures, they are patient and make you feel very comfortable

Went to the Rancho Mirage location and it was beautiful inside! The staff member was very welcoming and caring with my family. Truly an unforgettable moment!

Had such a great family experience! The ultrasound room was so cozy and great for a full family viewing. Staff was also super friendly! Highly recommend

I made a appointment my baby was super hard to see so we had to try a few times luckily the staff here are awesome

This place is awesome. The people that work there are very nice and are very helpful. There always busy but never takes a long time to be seen and it's always so nice and clean

This Elective Ultrasound place is great. There quality is great and and there prices are good. Definitely would recommend for people to come here

This place it’s absolutely beautiful and cozy for everyone. We are a large family and we were all able to attend. The room even has a giant screen, allowing everyone a proper view. They even have couches and extra chairs just in case. We highly recommend this place if you need an ultrasound.

Great place! The ultrasound technician who is always there and seems to pretty much run the place, is the nicest girl! The staff is very welcoming Made and made me feel at ease for all my IVF ultrasound appointments. This location is very clean and the cutest interior decorations inside and merch for babies! Highly recommend.

Came here for my 30 weeks to take a peek at our little squishmellow and it was wonderful! Friendly staff, got us in quick, and got us really beautiful pictures. Our ultrasound tech, I believe was Nadya. 5 stars to her also. You could tell she loves her job and was just as excited to see our lil girl as we were! We will absolutely be returning to take our last peek at 36 weeks too!

I had a gender reveal ultrasound at 18 weeks, took my family to witness the news through the big screen. They told us it was 100% girl after just a few minutes. Almost two weeks later, I had the anatomy scan done with my physician’s office and IT IS A BOY. Unique Ultrasound techs definitely do not take the time to be thorough. They rushed through my ultrasound and took a guess.

Not for me. Went here twice towards the end of my pregnancy so couldn't get good pictures of my little one 100% my fault on that end. They did also compensate me for that, they gave me a free heart beat animal.
But one thing to note is that the beds they have for the mom are like four feet off the ground which seems very dangerous to me I almost fell off both times. And they rushed in the next couple as soon as the last group left, so we'd walk into a room with trash left in it from the last couples and there was no time to properly sanitize or even Lysol spray anything down (which during the time of very contagious covid variants that seems unsafe).

Always request “Sara” she does an amazing job at capturing photos and her energy is amazing. Sometimes pregnancy can be challenging and she has the perfect energy to fill the room. I’ve been 3 times each time with “Sara” except one time with “Nadiya”. “Nadiya” rushed through every picture and through the ultrasound session, took nothing but blurry ultrasounds home with her. Go with “Sara”!

Really great place! We got the fall special and was very satisfied with the package. Place was super clean! Attendants were so nice, and engaged with the process. Room was really clean and had soft music. Quality of our ultrasound was really nice! At first baby was turned the opposite way unable to be seen. Staff took their time helping us get baby turned around to see. We will definitely return for another before baby is due. Thank you guys!

Had our gender reveal done here and the staff and techs were super sweet and amazing! They took their time with the ultrasound, the rooms were clean and comforting! This was our 5th pregnancy but 4th child and it was a very special and emotional moment for us and the tech was very kind and patient! ️
