Made in a sweat shops in China. (That definitely does not sound like unique) The items are polyester just like shein or retro stageand so on but unique vintage charges way more money. Sizing is all off you can buy a dress in a large that fits then buy a different dress from them in a large that's two sizes to small. Just make your own clothes it will turn out better even if you have no experience in sewing it will be great compared to the items they sell.

Terrible service; incorrect sizes provided on their site. I followed the new system they have and was still directed to select a size that was too large. I have the ability to pick up an order but not drop it off at their corporate office because they don't have a system to process refunds/exchanges there? So they charge ME $8 for their poor sizing estimates, mind you I already spent over $180 on clothing. I'm aware that brick and mortars are expensive but dont rent one in one of the most expensive areas there is just because it's "nicer" and closer to your warehouse, what's an extra 10 minute drive for product drop off to provide your customers with significantly better customer service. Not to mention the terrible quality in a dress that looked really great online but was shapeless and looked like it was a rejected dress from the warehouse it was made in. I've never had this type of customer service from UV and it's really heartbreaking. I used to love this company.

So finally went to a Unique Vintage warehouse sale and it was so worth it! Me and my friend were there at 9: 00 am and there was already a line but they hadn’t let anyone in yet so we go in line. We waited for over an hour to get in the sun so I recommend bringing an umbrella to no get burnt. They also had a sign outside stating that no food or beverages, no strollers, no bathrooms, no dressing rooms and cash only. Once inside we immediately grabbed like 5 pairs of shoes to try on (I wish I was joking). Also because they do not have dressing rooms consider wearing something light so you can try stuff on. If not you can just grab your size. They had everything divided by sizes xs, s, m, l, xl, xxl, and xxxl. The only part that wasn’t separated like that was the back section that had bridal dresses, flapper, and gowns. I took a picture of the pricing but I think it might be different each time. They had so many cute things I had to restrain myself from buying everything but I ended up buying the green play suit and white boots all for $75! I hope this helps anyone who is interesting in going for the next warehouse sale.

Their shipping always takes a ridiculous amount of time. I ordered a hat and months went by just for them to canceled it. Now they sell the same hat for $70 instead of $50. Zero acknowledgment of being slow and not considerate of the consumer’s time or money. Trust me when I say this company is not reliable. When you order, expect it to take weeks or months. I hope they’re paying their employees well because this is sad. I understand there is a shortage of staffing these days but that just means you’re not paying well enough. For the amount of money they charge for garments, that shouldn’t be an issue.

I made the mistake of placing an order with Unique Vintage on 6-12-22 and selected express shipping for an additional $24.99 as their site said I would receive my order prior to 6-17-22. As of today, 6/16, my order has not even processed or shipped and they are not willing to change my shipping to standard. Their customer service is non-existent. If you decide to take your chances with ordering from this horrible company, do not waste your money for faster shipping as they will take your money and not honor it.
