United Airlines, San Francisco CA

A female staff who worked at the boarding queue was being rude to me and try to stop me using a jump queue service when I already added extra money for a fast track boarding on my flight ticket. It was printed on my ticket, but she could be bother to look at it and keep arguing with me and my friend who travelled a lot. How arrogant was her as a white american women staff.but I kept pushing in to fight for my consumer right. I won't fight them ever again as their staff not ever know how to read the Flight ticket, but being arrogant to the passenger was the worst part. She was lucky that I didn't take her face photo and make an official complaint about her attitude toward people.

Although it’s cheaper than El Al and had good service, their meals were awful and didn’t have any vegan or vegetarian option. I offered to pay for the vegan bagel I saw in their magazine, but they said they simply don’t have it at all. Someone who was kosher and ordered their meal in advance was told they ran out of kosher meals and this was the flight back from Israel. The only options they offered was chicken or beef besides for some chips and drinks and they didn’t allow food from the airport on the plane either.

Lost my connection flight after travelling from Australia. They set me on a flight 2 hour after my arrival and customs was a 2 hour wait. They replace the flight to Houston with a long flight to New York. It was wrong to make us do this unnecessary huge round trip. We almost lost the next connection to Colombia. Never would take a plane of United ever again….

I give them 3 stars instead of 1 star, because of only one employee, the man at the counter totally went above and beyond to help my wife, that was having a hard time because of medical issues, get all the way to her gate. Sir, you're a 5 star employee! The rest can kiss my.

Surprisingly this was okay food as airline food is rated. I know it’s just an airline, but for a US food it was palatable. Our 11 hour flight came with chicken curry and a refreshing cool salad. It had a citrus flavor. Yes. May have been bored and restrained to econo seat, but here you go. As always find what is available even though you have 3 choices on an airline. Buy first class food, vegetarian, or chicken curry.

WORST AIRLINE EVER. LOST MY LUGGAGE AND THEY HAVENT FOUND IT FOR 2 WEEKS. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST. HIW IS THIS AIRLINE STILL FUNCTIONAL AND NOT YET BANKRUPT!?

So unprofessional. Please go out of business so we can just have professional customer service.

I had no problems with United flights while we were at the San Francisco Airport during a layover

Business class to Shanghai is so dirty
Cup came with lipstick stains and pillowcase clearly not washed
Wiped down the surfaces and lots of brown stuff
Cathay is so much better

United Airlines is my choice of airline. Pilots are professionals and flight attendants are excellent. Ground crews are friendly and helpful. Their routes cover almost every parts of the world. Flying people, united the world. It is time to fly, fly the friendly sky.

Easy check in process within 24 hours of flight. Once in the terminal, security was a breeze but I also went early morning. Moving walkways help with excessive walking especially since my gate was the furthest one. Had to wait til the breakfast shop opened even with early morning flight arrangements.
