United Club reviews
17While just ok, it is MUCH better than before. Vegan and GF options are a plus. Gone are the salad bowls of Skittles and Tillamook cheese.
Most of the United Clubs close early at SFO. You would think in a large city and United Airlines hub would keep these open. One club closes at 6: 30pm while another at Terminal F closes at 11pm. There was a line of people leaving went it closed. They pick up everything at 10: 30pm so if you have a late flight everything in the airport is closed.
Basic snacks and the bar is available until 10. The staff seemed very grumpy when we visited this United hub.
Kind of old and outdated decor, limited food selection
Almost never serves meat, occasionally you can dig up sparse chicken pieces if they serve chicken noodle soup
A place to relax with plenty of food and a variety of refreshments inside the United terminal at San Francisco Airport. Grab a drink from the bar before your flight.
Reasonable selection of cold snacks and hot beverages. Quiet lounge with a nice view of the airport. Also doesn't make very efficient use of available space - the entrance occupies more floor space than the seating area.
Relaxing club while waiting for my flight at SFO. Full bar. I don't drink so I can't compliment on the drinks. Snacks and non alcoholic drinks are plentiful. Bring headphones bc ppl and kids are still chatty.
They are doing their best by serving food (hot and more) while adhering to covid related restrictions. I appreciate this lounge more after having been to the delta lounge.
The water in this picture was purchased by us beforehand
It's big and nice. Full, but I found a seat. The snacks are healthy and fine. On this red eye trip, it's not nearly as crowded as the Centurian Lounge, so that's nice. It's relaxing in here. I usually go to the Centurian Lounge 1st & then end up in here afterward. 9/29/19: not crowded this morning. Nice simple breakfast food. Polite efficient staff. 2/19/20: Not busy at 4: 40 am. It's nice to rest in here before my flight to New Jersey & then to Rome, Italy. It's quiet, & the free food & drinks are ok. 6/4/21: It's different now. No buffet. The food is small & packaged. You have to get drinks at the bar. 7/19/21: good hot? & breakfast options. Not crowded at 8 am.
Great lounge. I was hear at breakfast time and enjoyed the cereals, fruit, yogurt, and coffee selection. There were hot egg and sausage sandwiches, but no vegetarian options for that.
Food and beverage choices, decent place to wait for flight with kids away from the more crowded terminal area.
The office space inside the United Club near gate F11 in Terminal 3 is a sensible stop for working travellers. There desks with privacy screens and decent sound protection, power and lights. The rest of the space is more relaxing and conventional, with a lot of glass over the runway.
The staff was friendly but this is such a bad excuse of a lounge. Bad food, outdated interior design and mediocre overall. Sad that the Centurion lounge opens at 8am currently but that’s miles ahead of this. Got in because of my business class ticket but I wouldn’t ever pay for this.
Very nice looking. Sort of a library vibe. Food selection was typical pandemic miserable but I doubt it’s much better in normal times. Very comfortable with power everywhere. Decent Wi-Fi. $5 for a pint of Blue Moon beer. Nice tarmac and runway views. I wish they would up their food game.
At this point in the Apocalypse you get four stars just for being open but the burritos and the snack bar really push it over the top thank you United club in San Francisco.
It’s not worth your $59 for a club pass (by a long range) unless you’re planning to drink ;) Food options are limited and poor quality - continental breakfast is a joke. No espresso drinks and not allowed to bring an outside cappuccino instead (due to health regulations). The seats are specious and the lounge generally feels safe in COVID-19 times.
Not military friendly, rudely turned away by a heavier set asian lady after showing my boarding pass and active duty mil ID.
Never before have i had issues like this at any other airport lounge during my travels.
